Emma is a down to earth person who has a lovely nature. When I started using Emma my kids felt soo relaxed and comfortable. I was worried with Alex potty training at first but he was so at home there he didn't wet himself once! Very reasonable in her price, 100% reliable, and flexible. My children never wanted to leave and that's what meant the most to me. There happy I'm happy.
