We struggled to find a suitable childminder for Maya, and when we found Syeda, we were over the moon! From our very first encounter, we felt secure and confident that she would look after our baby in the best possible way.

Her setting is small, with only six children, which was definitely a selling point for us. She has a lovely team working alongside her, and they are all so kind and welcoming. Syeda and her team take the children out every morning, and in the afternoons, they play in the garden or in the toy area, which Maya absolutely loves.

We especially appreciated the daily updates with photos and a little review of the day. It always filled our hearts with joy to see Maya playing and interacting with other babies. Another important point for us was that Syeda allowed us to send Maya’s meals, so we could keep cooking for her, and she would happily serve whatever we provided.

You can truly tell that Syeda cares deeply for the children. She gave Maya a thoughtful gift for her birthday and also for Eid, which really touched us and felt like such a kind and personal gesture.

We are so sad to be leaving Syeda, but as we have moved to a new area, it was time to say goodbye. Thank you so much for everything, Syeda. We are so grateful for the love and care you gave to Maya.
