About Me
I am a registered childminder with over 23 years experience. I live on South Beach Estate in Blyth with my husband who works full time and 1 of my 3 sons who works shifts. I have a designated room attached to my house for childminding, which looks out onto a fully enclosed rear garden that can be used all year round, The garden is equipped with scooters, cars, trampoline, Wendy house, water table and many more. I love messy play and crafts, I also like going on nature walks and taking my cocker spaniel Jessie for walks. I have toys to suit all ages and gender including jigsaws, cars, dolls, trains, dressing up and building bricks, dolls houses, castles and many more. I occasionally meet up with other childminder friends in the area for a chat and to let the children play with each other
My Experience
I have been an Ofsted Registered childminder for over 23 years and in that time have cared for approx. 50-60 children ranging in ages from 6 months to 14 years. I have attended toddler groups and have taken the children on outings to the local soft play and parks. I take the children to and from nursery and school daily, ensuring their safety at all times.
My Qualifications
Diploma level 3 in childcare. NVQ level 3 in childcare. First Aid Certificate. Safeguarding, Food Hygiene
My Availability
I am available from approx. 7.30am till 6.00pm Mon - Friday but am willing to negotiate out of hours
