Shamima has been an absolute blessing for us. She is incredibly understanding, accommodating, calm, and kind, which immediately put my daughter at ease from day one.
One of the highlights for my little girl is Shamima’s wonderful, big garden. She genuinely loves playing out in it, and it was the sweetest reassurance to see her happily running right up to Shamima's front door every single morning without any hesitation.
