I had arranged for some care, got details sorted then checked up just before the day and found she no longer could cover as had double booked!
This wasn't communicated so now i have had to cancel my plans.
Very slow to respond to messages and very vague. Avoid unless you want to be let down

hi i would like to respond, NHS texts are always last minute so i was unaware of this appointment until the last minute. From my perspective we had spoken about the arrangement, but I was unaware it was a firm offer and so feel that the review is a little unfair.
I would highly recommend Mona. She cared for our son between the age of 1 and 3 yrs within a nursery environment.
We were very impressed with the level of care she provided Kieron and the strong bond she built with him over this time.
Mona is both highly competent at nurture and supporting child development.
Kieron was very happy during this time, as were myself and my husband.
Mona would make an excellent Nanny.
