About Me
Hi I'm Jess, I currently work full time in a day nursery in wokingham, I love my job but I am looking to return to nannying. Having been a nursery manager, keyworker, SENco and private nanny/housekeeper, I feel I have a lot of varying experiences to bring to a family as a nanny.
My Experience
I finished a level 3 childcare course in June 2012. Since then I have worked in nurseries for over 9 years in varying roles, including being a nursery manager of a 104 place nursery. I am very proud of the experiences I have had the priviledge of encountering in my career. I have also nannied privately for 3 month old twins as a live in nanny/housekeeper, where I was solely responsible for the care and routines of the children as well as providing them with stimulating activities and environments as the children got older.
I have been a proxy parent for children for full weekends as well as completing work for wedding parties and childrens parties.
I hold training in safeguarding, fire safety, paediatric first aid, first aid at work, autism awareness, allergen awareness, encouraging excellence in the 0-5's as well as others, certificates can be provided upon request.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Childcare
I have 3 AS Levels - English, Business and Art
11 GCSE's - All A-C Grades
I am also DBS Checked and have paediatric first aid as well as many other qualifications within childcare available upon request.
My Availability
When hired I would be leaving my current job, so can become available monday to friday and I can be flexible with my hours
