We’ve known Kate for over six years now, as she also looked after our first child, and we honestly couldn’t recommend her more.

She has done such an amazing job with my daughter. She’s always so well looked after, happy, and completely settled in Kate’s care. You can really see how much love and effort Kate puts into what she does. There’s always a great variety of activities — creative play, learning activities, crafts, outdoor fun — and the children are constantly engaged and developing. They’re never bored or just stuck indoors like you often hear about in other settings.

One thing we really love is how often Kate takes the children out on trips. They regularly visit playgrounds, farms, garden centres, pumpkin patches, allotments and more. It gives them such lovely real-world experiences and keeps things exciting and varied. It makes such a difference knowing they’re out exploring and having fun.

Kate’s flexibility is another huge positive. She’s incredibly understanding and accommodating, which makes life so much easier when juggling busy schedules.

We also think it’s lovely that Kate organises little gatherings for parents, like Christmas celebrations and other events. It really shows how confident she is in her setting and how comfortable and happy the children are there. It creates such a warm, welcoming community feel.

We feel very lucky to have found Kate. She genuinely cares about the children and it shows every single day. My daughter absolutely loves being there, and that means everything to us.
