Im 44 years old, with 16 years of childcare experience. I have been childminding and working as a nanny for the last 17years.
NOW, I ALSO PROVIDE BABYSITTING OVERNIGHT AND WEEKENDS.
I am known as a nice,patient,reliable,loving children person.
I am also mum of two son's age 21 and 13.
I can cook healthy meals.
I do regular outings to local playgroups, parks, shops, library, etc .
Every child i treat as an individual & i provide activities -according to the child's age, interest, needs & ability.
I have wide experience with weaning, potty training, child's development, routine.
I am NVQ,Level 3 qualified.
I also have previous experience as a :Teaching Assistant, Early Years Nursery Practitioner ,Day Nursery Room Manager, SEND TA,Childcare Assessor.
My Experience
I was working as a nanny for many years as well as Teaching Assistant in the Primary School, TA in SEND High School ,Early Years Day Nursery Practitioner, Day Nursery Room Manager, Childcare Assessor.
16years of childcare experience.I am also experienced with autism spectrum,speech therapy,food allergies and asthma.
My Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, Valid First Aid and DBS available, Children Safeguarding, Birth to three Diploma, EYFS,Teaching Assistant, Level 3 in Vocational Assessing, Working in partnership with parents, SEND Core Skills, Level 2 in Safeguarding and Prevent, Level 2 in Counselling Skills, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety in Catering, FGM Recognising and Prevent, Food Allergy trainung, Expectation of Behaviour, Supporting Children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs- and i am undertaking more trainings to improve my services within the childcare sector.

We were very lucky that Marzena looked after our daughter, aged 3 for over a year. She is very passionate about her job and our daughter loved spending time at her place. Marzena is great at organising imaginative play, lots of arts and crafts as well as walks to the park on a daily basis. Years of experience she has made me reassured that my daughter was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this childminder to everyone!

Marzena is kind, caring and responsible person she always knows how to make our son's time with her more interesting, colorful and interactive.

Ms Fidrych has been childminding my 3-year-old twin girls for the last 2 years. During this period her calm and warm attitude towards my girls did wonders.
She managed to make my daughters settle within a short period of time and feel at ease, safe and confident. Both of my girls have promptly become genuinely attached to Ms Fidrych which gave me the certainty my daughters are in very good hands and looked after with care.
She gets my children involved in various activities indoors and outdoors.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Fidrych to any future parents as a great and reliable childminder.
