I reached out to Karen when I was really struggling for childcare around my work - she was welcoming and completely understanding, she’s gone above and beyond to help me and my Daughter. She’s been nothing but reliable and kind, my daughter throughly enjoys going to Karen’s - I wish we could use Karen full time in fact!
