Carole has looked after my little boy from 9 months old, to him leaving for school in September 2025. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better childminder. Carole has become such an important part of his life (and ours too) so much so she has the name "Nanna Carole" which I'm sure will stick for my little boy forever! From day one Carole created such a warm and loving environment, which totally put my son and both of us as parents at ease.

Carole treats every child with such patience and kindness and it really shows in how confident and settled they are in her setting. My little boy thrived with her, from learning his first words, taking his first steps and learning how to write his name, Carole literally encouraged him every step of the way! Every day is full of fun activities, from playgroups, forest school or trips to the airport for plane watching.. she always goes above and beyond to make sure the children are engaged and happy.

Caroles communication is great. We had a watsapp group where we received photos and updates throughout the day, a childcare diary keeping us up to date on anything else thats happened that day (toileting, food, sun cream etc).

Now my sons ready to leave for school, hes so confident and ready to take this next step to "big school" - and thats down to the amazing start that Carole has given him. As a family we definitely feel lucky to have had Carole as our childminder and I couldnt reccomend her highly enough to anyone else looking for someone to take care of their child. You will definitely be in the best hands! Thank you Carole!
