We cannot recommend Pam enough, she is an exceptional childminder. From our first meeting, where her organisation, diligence and caring nature were apparent, I knew she was the right person to look after our twins and she has provided 3 years of exceptional care. The relationship she built with both children was incredibly nurturing and they always loved going to her setting.

She provides such a wide range of activities both at home and outside the house. My children particularly loved forest school, which was especially important for us with living in a flat and not having access to a garden.

We have really appreciated the daily photos and updates, as well as the regular reports, which were always so thorough. We have also really treasured the final portfolio she put together for each twin, cataloguing their progress across the years.

We also really valued the fact she offered term time only contracts, while also having the flexibility to offer ad hoc care in the holidays if needed.

The twins speech, development and learning has really accelerated with Pam and she has put them in such a good position to start Nursery.

We cannot thank her enough for all the love, care and dedication she has put into looking after the twins. They will really miss being with her.
