I first met Suzanne after having had a visit to a nursery setting with my 14 month old little girl. I immediately knew that a nursery was not going to meet the needs of my baby and just by very good luck a friend knew of Suzanne and her Childminding service. I was due to return to work in a month and was very emotional at the thought of leaving my baby girl and finding the right environment for her. Within minutes of meeting Suzanne I knew that she was the right person to look after Ava. Suzanne was understanding, caring and professional. Suzanne recognised my feelings about leaving Ava upon my return to work and offered as many settling sessions as required to meet Ava and my own needs. Ava had never been away from me and settled in with Suzanne with no issues at all. Suzanne has been extremely professional throughout the current Covid-19 pandemic and has been able to provide a service for me throughout as I am a Keyworker. Ava has thrived in Suzanne's care and is now a confident, enthusiastic and socialised toddler. I would have no reservations recommending Suzanne's Childminding service and do not know what I would do without her. Thank you very much indeed.
