Dinky Daycare is an Ofsted registered Childcare provider which has recently moved from London. I am highly qualified with over 15 years in childcare experience. I work with Ofsted registered, DBS checked, experienced, responsible assistants. We provide a safe, secure and loving homely environment with a number of educational and fun learning resources for children of all ages. At Dinky Daycare we serve high quality, healthy meals and can also cater to special dietary needs of every individual child.
Given the importance of the early years for children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, another mark of our high quality childcare program is in the curriculum we provide. Our approach towards learning includes both planned and spontaneous educational experiences that occur within a predictable daily routine.
Following the EYFS requirements, a well-planned curriculum meets the needs of the children enrolled by considering their age, developmental levels, interests, special needs, and cultural backgrounds. This also helps us in ensuring that your child has the best possible start and support towards building a great foundation.
At Dinky Daycare time is designated for fun-filled outdoor and indoor play. We strongly believe in building up confidence in all children in our care, Our weekly outings, trips to town centre, libraries and parks have always been an integral part in helping children develop social skills. Group gatherings are used for stories, music, movement and for routines like eating, toileting, and relaxing.
Dinky Daycare has a wonderful, caring atmosphere where children flourish and beam with happiness. No expense is spared in the care and development of the beautiful children within.
My Experience
Before opening Dinky Daycare, I worked in a private American school for six years, supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times. I worked alongside them in the classroom and helped them regularly with school work.
As well as having 15 years experience in childcare, I have recently completed my level 4 in "Working with children and young people for their education and wellbeing" from UCL. Prior to this, I successfully ran Dinky Daycare along with an after school club in Jesmond - Newcastle and in London.

We used Dinky Daycare for after school childcare for my daughter between the age of 4-5. Danila and her co-workers are warm loving people that are passionate about childcare and children's wellbeing. they provide my daughter with good care via setting up safe environment, providing healthy food, and go above and beyond by also focusing on her develop0ment by providing various reading, crafting, indoor/outdoor activities, taking her out to the parks to explore, bring in tennis / dancing teaching professionals upon on our agreement. My daughter absolutely loved Danila and Dinky Daycare. More than 1 year we left it now, she still mention them all the time and want to go back to visit everytime we go pass the premise. This probably speak for itself how wonderful this place is! Thank you for your love and care Danila!

My husband and I spoke to and viewed a large number of childminders and nursery facilities in and around Kingston but none had the right balance of both a homely feel but with plenty of individual attention and developmental opportunities. Then we visited Dinky Daycare and knew instantly that we had found where we wanted our nearly 6 month old son to go to. Clean and safe house with the most wonderful array of carefully chosen toys, books, games & activities. A large fully enclosed garden with sturdy cubby house and slide, children's swings and lots more plus plenty of space to crawl, walk and run.
Our son has been there for 6 months now and is approaching his 1st birthday and he loves it! He interacts with children of all ages and is always delighted to see Danila and Mateen! They have been a wonderful choice of childminder (caring, kind, informative) and have been able to also provide occasional ad hoc care when needed. We cannot recommend them highly enough and for anyone looking for a safe, happy and stimulating environment we'd strongly suggest visiting.

Our 2 children have been going to Dinky Daycare since January. They settled in well from the start. Danila and her family made a real effort to help them in the settling in process and ensure they have a fun time.
Our Younest goes to Danila every afternoon and not only has lots of fun, eats good healthy food but also learns good manners, and is doing very well with his numbers, letters and little words. Danila provides a real home from home, she is caring but can also be strict in a very nice way to ensure all kids are behaving well and learning good manners.
Our older child goes to Dinky Daycare 3 afternoons after school. They ensure that there are different activities which they enjoy and also helps her with her homework.
I would absolutely recommend Dinky Daycare.

My son is 4 years old and has settled so well at Dinky Day Care . . . so well that it's a struggle to get him to leave! Thank you to everyone for making him feel special and providing lots of educational fun activities. And a big 'thank you' from mum, for the wonderful home cooked food he gets.

At first I was very nervous about leaving my baby girl with someone outside of the family and I did a lot of research into childminders in the area. Danila got such excellent reviews that I decided to visit and immediately upon arrival I knew this was a place I would be happy for my 15 month old girl to be cared for on those days I needed extra help. She is a kind and caring lady who so obviously loves children and her home is immaculate, full of toys and has a really lovely atmosphere. She sends me photos, videos and updates when my daughter is in her care and is extremely professional, going above and beyond expectations. I actually live 20 minutes drive away from Danila but am happy to make the journey when I need childcare because I feel so confident my daughter is being well cared for there. I cannot recommend Dinky Day Care highly enough!
