About Me
I am Ofsted registered. I have two children aged 25 years and 19 years and a Granddaughter who is 4 years. We have a mini Yorkshire terrier dog that is very child friendly called Belle and a cats called Lucky Angel and Sydney- Charles and 2 ducks Marvin and Mildred. I do school runs from Alvaston on Elvaston lane!
My Experience
I have lots of experience working with children of all ages. I have been childminding for over 9 year.
Previously i have worked as a playgroup leader, home schooled my daughter so I am aware of the importance of schedules and child development.
After gaining my N.N.E.B qualification I worked for a number of years in social care where I worked as a family support worker ,then an outreach worker and a community care worker.
My Qualifications
I am N.N.E.B qualified.
Recently undertaken my first aid training.
Due to working for social care I am aware of every child matters, and know about child protection issues and the importance that every child is individual. I am aware of child development and early years foundation stages.
My Availability
I am available from 7.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However, I am happy to try to be flexible for parents that are working shifts.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
I am looking at £5 per hr. However, this will be discussed between myself and carer at the interview depending on the number of hours and days you require me.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Alvaston Infant and Nursery School
- I provide pick ups at Alvaston Junior Academy
