Emma is a reliable, caring and capable nanny. She clearly cares a great deal about the children she looks after, she is flexible and easy to be around.

Emma has worked for us for 11 months as our nanny and is great. Emma is extremely reliable, honest, kind and caring. She has looked after our little boy from the age of 5 - 16 months and we always felt reassured that he would be loved and cared for. He always has a huge smile on his face now when Emma arrives and will miss her presence greatly. Emma is only leaving us as we are moving out of the area. We are two professionals doing busy jobs and do not have family close by. Our lives have therefore been made so much easier by employing someone who is flexible and able to be available at short notice if working hours need to vary slightly. We are often out of the house from 7 - 7 and Emma has therefore looked after all aspects of Harry's care and provided him with a calm and loving environment to grow and develop. Emma also has a great knowledge of all the local baby and toddler activities and our little boy is never bored. We think that attending the many Surbiton/Kingston softplays, playgroups and music activities with Emma has helped him grow in to the fun loving toddler that he has become. Apart from the usual day to day childcare routine Emma has also taken Harry to immunisation appointments and looked after him during periods of viral illnesses whilst keeping us up to date.Emma will be sorely missed.
