Rachel answered an ad for a SEND babysitter for us. She'd come to the interview fully prepared & watched several you tubes on my daughter's disability. It didn't phase her one bit! She is a regular sitter for us and my kids adore her. She is prepared, fun, professional and totally focussed on their (additional, medical, disability) needs. She's a lovely person totally trustworthy and we're lucky to have her in our lives xx
