There are no words to describe my positive experience with Donna and her assistant Charmaine.
My son was 11 months when he began his childminding journey with them. As he has always been a breastfed baby since birth and most of the time I've been looking after him on my own, I was initially very concerned if he would have ever got used to having an afternoon nap at their place and being able to stay for longer hours. Donna was extremely supportive during the adaptation period. She fully matched my son's needs in those early days making sure he was happy and calm during the few hours when he was still getting to know them. 3 weeks later I could see in my son's eyes he had fully accepted Donna and Charmaine: his smile at drop-off and pick-up says it all :) With regards to my son's lunch nap: Donna has made sure he falls asleep within minutes with no tears :) and a smiley face when he wakes up.
My son has always been well fed and clean: huge thanks to both of them. Thank you too for keeping me updated about my child's routine and daily needs.
I'm so pleased my baby is happy at Donna's place. This gives me peace of mind whilst I'm at work.
