Perfect

Donna is a kind, patient, loving mother and childcare provider.
She listened to all my requests and never failed to meet them. I had never used a childminder before so after viewing a handful I had a gut feeling she was the right one - of course I walked in with my back up but Donna removed all these feelings straight away.
Settling in process, she did exactly everything that suited me and my daughter and with the first meeting, my daughter knew she was safe and loved.
Donna did not only provide games, crafts and activities at home but also found playgroups for my daughter to attend. She updated me every few hours via WhatsApp with what food she had eaten, sleep she had and photos too! If any special occasions came up that we celebrated - for example Easter, Mother’s/Fathers Day, then Donna would make sure crafts, activities, cards ect would be completed.
Every time I picked my daughter up she’d be full of smiles and taking me around Donna’s home showing me what she’d played with. Donna also completed a folder for my daughter on the progress she’d made and things she’d done and had photos printed out for evidence and this I can keep forever.
Also, I know this review is on Donna but I must include her dog. Loving, welcoming, very well trained dog who loves kids and greets them each morning so happy.

I’ll always recommend Donna and I’m really glad I used her as my daughter’s childminder.

Amazing lovely lady

She's been looking after my child for the last 2 years since he was 11 months old and is fantastic even sending video messages during lockdown so he could still see her, he's always coming home with lovely pictures he's painted and he is very happy there and sometimes doesn't want to come home because he has so much fun with Donna I highly recommend Donna's house

Very Happy Mummy

Donna has been my Sons (Arthur) childminder for the last 3 months, since he was 11 months old. As a nervous Mum and Baby, leaving my son in someone else's care for the first time, Donna has been excellent in helping us both adjust and settle in to the changes. Arthur struggled at the beginning, knowing I was going, however Donna has been so patient with him and caring towards him to the point where he is now excited, and has started running to get to her door ready for his play session to begin! He knows where everything is and whilst there treats it as his own home. The garden is a lovely play area for the children, and the house consists of every toy imaginable that a young mind would enjoy playing with.

Donna keeps me updated with all the days activities through a daily journal and during the beginning weeks would also text me to keep me updated on when he had calmed down and was settled, just to help reassure me! Donna regularlary asks me for updates on Arthur on the things he enjoys so she can adjust the play to suit this, i.e. Shapes, musical instruments, cars, books etc.

So far I have been extremely happy with the childcare Donna has provided, I feel confident leaving my Son in her care and have enjoyed watching her build a strong bond with my son.
