Marion has been the most wonderful childminder to my son, Albie for the last 18 months. I was initially so uneasy about leaving him with a stranger but he settled so quickly and was so much happier than in the previous nursery. Marion has been incredible with his multiple food allergies and it is evident how much she cares for him. He is always so happy and excited to see her in the mornings and obviously adores her. The activities she sets up for the children are just wonderful and I really couldn't recommend her enough. We are so sad that Albie is leaving and I just hope he enjoys school as much as he has loved being with her. We will really miss you Marion, thank you so much for everything! Xx

Marion looked after our daughter from 13 months right through until she started school nursery at 4. She also looked after our son for a short period of time (blame covid and marion moving away!!)
We were devastated when marion told us she was moving away!
She is so helpful, flexible and wonderful with the kids! Her setting in sutton was amazing im sure her new setting is just as fab.
Your children will thrive under marions care x

Both my children were looked after by Marion from the age of 1 years old (my son) and 10 months old (my daughter), up until they started nursery where they went part time and then throughout the school holidays. I'd moved my son from a different childminder and it was honestly the best decision! Marion looked after them incredibly well, she helped us throughout all the developmental phases and milestones and provided a safe, caring and fun environment for my children. They both had so much fun at "Marion's house", doing various creative activities, crafts and projects as well as lots of play. Marion always updated us on how the children got on, provided advice when we needed it and in fact she felt like an extension of the family. It was always very easy to speak to her about anything concerning the children. My children are of school age now, however they continued to go to Little Robins in the school holidays and would still be there now if we still lived close. They would even ask to go to her house on the weekend! They miss Marion and her lovely family.

I cannot recommend Marion more highly! She has been such a wonderful part of our daughters life for 2 years & we are all so very sad to leave due to moving. I was nervous with the idea of leaving my baby when I went back to work but Marion was incredibly reassuring, kind & caring, and her setting was perfect. The cabin was always clean, full of brilliant toys/equipment & the children always had fun together. They do plenty of creative activities & lovely artwork was brought back often, sometimes even the baking made it home! Our daughter also developed her social skills well during her time at Little Robins as well as starting her early years education.
Marion was always accommodating with any requests and we were extremely happy with everything provided. She honestly has been the best first childminder and I can only hope we find a new one who is even half as amazing. Thank you Marion x

Marion is a brilliant childminder, she's friendly, and welcoming as is/are her home, husband and boys! (and dog!)
My little boy started with her at 10 months, and has come on leaps and bounds with speech, he knows so many songs and loves drawing and I know a lot of this is thanks to Marion. They do so many lovely activities and he knows phonics sounds before his 2nd bday! He has never been unhappy when dropped off, always has a smile at pick up often armed with something he's made or spare clothes on after having had so much fun in the garden, messy play or eating Marion's yummy food.
I cannot recommend her enough.

Thank you for you kind words it has been a pleasure to be able to care for Charlie and see him grow.
Marion is a wonderful childminder and our son has loved attending for the past two years since he turned 1. Marion provides a large variety of activities, crafts and games in a friendly and caring setting. Our son has also loved trips out to parks and the farm. Our son is very happy being cared for at Marion’s and going to see his friends. Marion is reliable and flexible and I would highly recommend as a childminder.

Our daughter attended Little Robins from August 2017 until recently in July 2019. I have to say Marion has been amazing with our girl, she has been loving, caring and encouraging her to grow and develop positively. Marion is always doing something creative with the children and very thoughtful in those creations when it comes to special events. Marion has always been very reliable and flexible when needed, her environmen has always been very safe and her family/children are so lovely and helpful too. Marion made sure things were in line with the EYFS as much possible and her efforts went beyond our expectations of a childminder which is amazing. We were very sad when our daughter had her last day but definitely a childcare journey to be cherished, and we will certainly without any doubts, register with Little Robins again if we have another child in the future.

My son attended Little Robins from the age of 1 until he turned three. Marion did an amazing job in looking after and nurturing him. When we went to visit I was particularly Impressed with how she encouraged and used positive reinforcement with the boys in her care (from my experience some people can get disapline with boys quite wrong). The setting it self is lovely, the out house is well resourced and has pretty displays. The garden has lots of outspace and funactivities.
Marion always went above and beyond providing a range of extra activities, for example she did a mini sports day where each child received a certificate for taking part. My son always loved going to Marion's and even settled quickly when he started.
We are sadly moving areas otherwise we would of carried on with the lovely Marion. I would like to add that Heather Marion's helper is fab too and knew my son so well.

Marion had our little girl from when she was a year old until she was just over two. We had to relocate and wished we Could take Marion with us!! Always tried her best to help out on days that she wouldn't usually have her, sometimes my little girl came home and it was like a completely different child where she had learned so much! Amazing amazing amazing Childminder. We would've stayed with her right up until school if we didn't move. Thank you Marion for everything. There should be more like you for everyone!!

My twin boys went to Marion 3 days a week from when they were 15 months old for 6 months until we relocated. The boys had been premature and had several food allergies. Marion was fantastic giving them healthy meals within their special dietary requirements. She frequently sent photos via WhatsApp during the day so we could see how they were getting on and what they were up to. Having a small dog really helped build the boys confidence around dogs in general. The boys settled in really quickly and were really happy there. Marion was very calm, caring and nurturing and responded to the needs of the boys. She was also very accommodating if we had to change times due to our work commitments. We would have definitely stayed with Marion until the boys started pre school if we hadn’t have relocated to the West Country.
