Amazing Childminder

From the moment we met Jo we were so impressed with her caring nature and our son very quickly adapted to her setting. She regularly goes above and beyond, is flexible, hardworking and reliable. As a teacher I was concerned about finding someone who could match my hours and be reliable. Jo worked with us to find a routine that worked well for all of us.
It is hard to leave your child in someone else’s care, but Jo made it easier for us from the start. She sent regular photos and updates through the days which helped us feel connected and still feel a part of his day.
While with Jo, our son came on leaps and bounds with development thanks to the many wonderful and exciting activities she did with him. Each week she plans different activities, outdoor fun and regularly takes them on outings. She also keeps parents up to date using the Baby Days app for development and anything else. Our son enjoyed his days, playing with friends and happily ran off in the mornings when I dropped him off. As he learned to talk he would chatter about Jo and his friends too.
In spite of our son being somewhat challenging at meal times Jo was amazing with helping him eat and supporting us with the approaches we wanted to take. She always communicated well with us and took great care to ensure she followed on from routines and consistency we had at home. This helped enormously.
I could not highly recommend Jo enough to anyone looking for a caring, stimulating and loving environment for your child. For our son it was important to find somewhere he felt safe, cared for and had fun. Jo met this and much, much more. ‘Jo’s house’ as we called it, became an extension of home for him. We could not have been happier with choosing Jo to care for our son and will struggle to find anyone to match in the future!
