The best around

Nicky looked after my son when I returned to work. It was a very daunting time but Nicky put me completly at ease. She didn’t even mind my constant messages asking for updates with how my little boy was getting on. When I decided to increase my hours I even picked what days to work based on Nickys availability, as I couldn’t have my son going anywhere else.

My little one was taken to lots of groups whilst with Nicky and every detail of the day was documented in his contact book, which Nicky provided. Nicky even accomendated my requests of not letting my little boy sleep past a certain time, which I know wouldn’t have been an easy task!

My little boy cane on leaps and bounds with Nicky and lover her and her whole family. She really is amazing. When we moved my little boy was so upset to leave “Niks”

I really can’t recommend Nicky enough. Your child really is in th best hands with her.

Outstanding childminder

My daughter started with Nicky when she was 10 months old and is now is off to primary school. She was currently in a nursery and I felt she wasn’t getting enough 1-2-1 support so I thought a childminder would meet my daughters needs. Nicky had met all my daughters needs and more. As she was a baby starting with Nicky she had to learn how to walk, talk and potty train etc. With all the hard work from Nicky and from her family my daughter met all her milestones. My daughter was always happy to go to Nicky’s and she really enjoyed her time spent there. It’s a home from home environment which I like. Nicky and myself work closely together to achieve the best for my daughter. My daughter was so happy there and I would strongly advise any parent looking for a childminder to contact Nicky as I cannot fault anything which explains why she is OUTSTANDING. My daughter has made a great bond and will always stay in contact with Nicky.

In my son’s words “No childminder like her”

Nicky started looking after both my children in September 2012, when they were 2.5yrs and 10months old, until they each started school. They still continue to go during the school holidays when needed too.
Leaving them both so young was quite daunting but neither boys had any issues settling in and quickly made themselves part of the furniture. Both my children love seeing Nicky and her family and always ask when they will get to see them all again.
During their time there, they attended lots of playgroups, did many different activities and were never short of space to play in the home. I was always given daily feedback of their day and Nicky was amazing at helping me through both lots of potty training, fussy eating and all your usual delightful but challenging milestones by providing consitency for them based on what we were doing at home.
Neither had been around dogs before so being around Darcy really helped build their confidence and I can honestly say I was never concerned for their safety. Nicky was very careful not to leave them unsupervised and the dog is always very gentle with my children and I and I feel only added to their time there.
I would highly recommend Nicky to anyone who asks, she genuinely cares for the children she looks after and treats them with such love and kindness which makes their time there so special and we couldn’t me more grateful for all her help over the years!!
