We have been incredibly lucky to have such a caring nanny looking after our two daughters, aged 3 and 5, over the past year. From the beginning, she built a genuine, loving bond with both girls and cared for them with patience, warmth, and kindness.
She was always attentive to their individual needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and happy in her care. She supported their routines, encouraged age-appropriate learning and play, and handled everyday situations with calmness and compassion.
We always felt reassured knowing our children were so well cared for, and we are very grateful for everything she has done for our family. We would happily recommend her to any family.

Heather was a wonderful and thoughtful carer to my two daughters in a nursery setting. She looked after them at an early age of 10 months, until they both left, aged 4. She was also our babysitter.
As a first time mum, nervous about leaving my baby she was always very aware of this, and I always felt that she listened to me, and I in turn felt very reassured that my daughter's were in safe hands and a nurturing environment. Both my girls loved her, and formed a very special connection with her at nursery and when she came over to babysit. Her awareness of the early years curriculum was always excellent and she supported both my girls on this journey with kindness and compassion , instilling a great deal of confidence for me in her overall conduct, which was always phenomenal.
I would highly recommend her.

We had the pleasure of having Heather as our full-time nanny for just under two years, all through the challenging period of COVID. Before joining us directly, Heather worked at the nursery where our children attended full-time. During that time Heather also assisted us 5 evenings a week with the nighttime routine, starting from when our twins were just a few months old.
During her time with us, Heather cared for our three children—our eldest, who was 4 years old and our twins, who were 2 years old when she started directly (Heather had known them from small babies). Heather handled all the key responsibilities of a nanny with professionalism and care. She was incredibly organised, reliable, and always put our children's needs first.
What truly stood out about Heather was her background in early years education. She consistently engaged our girls with creative and educational activities that not only entertained them but also helped them grow and learn. Her ability to connect with our children was exceptional; they adored her and still talk about her regularly.
We highly recommend Heather to any family seeking a caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable nanny. I would be happy to talk to anyone directly about Heather.
