Brilliant

I can confirm Sam is a very caring, responsible and professional childminder. She has the children’s safety and happiness as her main priority. It’s an added bonus for me that my child learnt new skills and words while with Sam, such as waving and the ability to climb slide steps.
We did free settling in sessions (before Covid) which was reassuring and gave my child the option to get used to childcare. Sam is very flexible and will answer any questions you have and try her best to work around you, to make your life easier.
And the best part as a parent? She sends you photos and videos of your kid - which helps so much when you leave them for the first time!

Professional but not meant to be

Sounds well trained , but after several attempts to contact and meet (has a few hiccups my side) was informed the space had been taken despite confirming want of services.

Only just seen other reviews and happy we didn’t mess each other around more

Completely satisfied with dealing with Samantha, she is really professional and explains everything in the first meeting. My kids enjoyed her company. I strongly recommend her.

Satisfied

I am very satisfied with the care and service both my son I received from AuntySam. I am a single parent who works in the NHS and at times childcare is a real struggle for me. I recently started taking my 7 year old son there and was very pleased. AuntySam has activiites and books for his age. She did school pick up and drop off for me as well.

Not as all seems

Very disappointed about this childminder. Soon as we walked through the door she and her husband try to sell us tea and coffee franchise. Once there she asked for two months upfront. We paid and just a few days after we received an invoice for more money ! It is a business and she has every right to be paid, but the emphasis was to make money, and get us to work for her. Also the assistant, her husband was never aroundnto care for the children. As for local drop off she only did for one and said what she did for the other parents was of no concern to us. Not fair considering we paid the same. Don't like to leave a bad review but this is childcare not a bank collecting money that wasn't owed. Please learn from our mistake
