We are very grateful to have found Katarina who has been looking after our now 15 month old for the last 8 months.. We were looking for someone warm and caring to look after our daughter and that is exactly what we found in Katarina. Her love of all the children she looks after is so obvious and any child would be in good hands with her. She always cooks home made meals and has introduced our little one to lots of new and healthy foods.
We refer to Katarina as the 3rd parent and value her input so much with our little one. She takes the little ones out daily to different groups , parks and playgroups which I am sure they love. Our daughter jumps out of my arms in the morning to go to Katarina and it is obvious that she is happy and settled there.We would recommend her to any parent.

Thank you for your kind words! It always makes me feel warm when children and parents are happy with the service I offer in my setting.
Katrin is the kindest, calmest and most lovely lady and we feel so lucky to have found her to look after our little one (now 2.5 although been with her since 15months). Our daughter absolutely adores her, and her older children, and every morning asks if she’s going to ‘Kati’s house’ today! Knowing she is happy and well cared for makes having to leave and go to work work so much easier!
Katrin always makes sure their days are jam packed and full of fun. They spend as much time as possible out and about, leaning through play and lots of ‘real life skills’ which was really important to us and she puts so much thought and love into everything she plans, really taking into account the individual children and their likes etc. All meals are home cooked and fresh, communication is great and nothing is too much trouble or a problem - she is always on hand to help and support if and when needed and supports home routines etc.
Her love and knowledge of children is so clear. We honestly can’t recommend Katrin enough.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Katarina and have nothing but praise for her. Our 17 month old son started there 1 day a week at just three months and has been going full time since he was 10 months. He shrieks with excitement when he recognises the front door and happily walks in each morning waving and without a backward glance.
They are always out and about at playgroups and singing and in the park and have loads of outside time which was really important to us. Our son comes home tired and happy (and sometimes in a third change of clothes!) and obviously enjoys himself hugely. I have even more respect and admiration for Katarina after the last few months of lockdown with no playgroups or parks; how she has managed to entertain a group of pre-schoolers in those circumstances is simply unfathomable. They have done crafts, played in the garden and with sand and water and learnt songs, our son happily hums the tune to "twinkle twinkle" and knows all the actions to countless other songs.
Katarina treats them like little adults as soon as they are capable and it is delightful to watch him trying to make his own sandwiches, put shoes on or tidying up after himself. She sends home the words of songs so that we can compound the learning at home and lets us know if there is something we need to work on (saying "no" without him laughing, walking whilst holding on to the buggy, not taking other people's food!).
We have a communication book with what activities they have done and food/naps which is completed daily, all food is home cooked and when my son was being weaned Katarina copied what he was having at home which was a huge relief to a working first time parent trying to do things right.
My job can be erratic in terms of last minute meetings and hearings and Katarina is always really understanding when I have to change plans at the last minute or am late home.
Our son absolutely loves Katarina and also her two children who are simply fabulous with him and treat him like a little brother. They are so kind and patient and (especially since schools have been closed) it is like he has three people there looking out for him rather than just one.
Really we cannot offer enough praise or thanks, which is a good job as he learnt to say "Katty" before "Mama" (which we are still working on...!).

Katarina is the loveliest person I know and has so much patience with children and us parents. She always has a smile on her face and from the moment I met her I knew my son was in safe hands, she is incredibly caring. It is obvious she was born to look after children as they all love her and are so well behaved in her care. She takes them out to different parks/places inc deen city farm, introduces them to different cultures, she visits playgroups and also does a lot of arts/crafts/songs at home. She cooks all her food from scratch and I get a daily report of my son's activities, meals and naps. She has been flexible when I've need to change this at the last minute and is very competitively priced. You can't go wrong with her, she's like Mary Poppins.

We've been with Katarina since my little girl was 1 year old and we really love it there. They always go to play groups, parks, farm or library. My daughter really likes it there and enjoys her meals there which is very important.
Katarina always responds to my question and is very flexible with drop offs and pick ups.

Katarina has been looking after my two daughters for the past 3 years.
It’s always an anxious time trying to find a good childminder and we struck gold with Katarina.
She is a lovely person who provides a caring environment and has the patience of a saint!
All the children are always happy in her company and she ensures that their days are filled with a variety of trips to parks, libraries, playgroups and playgrounds.
I’m very impressed with her ability to enforce discipline in a kind and subtle way, something that is needed sometimes with my 4 year old who is learning to test boundaries!
Katarina keeps us up to date with a daily diary so we are aware of activities, naps, meals and any other important information which is reassuring.
I don’t know how we would have got through the past couple of years without her, juggling different demanding jobs and getting used to being away from the children. She is very understanding and accommodating and I really could have not wanted more from a childminder.
I would not hesitate in recommending her as a childminder, she is an absolute star and I’m so thankful that she had availability when we needed her. I will be eternally grateful for her positive impact on all our lives

We were so lucky to have found Katarina for looking after our little girl. She joined the settling when she was 7 month-old and loves it since; she loves going with Katarina and wants to stay longer when I go to pick her up.
Katarina keeps the parents informed on a daily basis, supported by notes, photos and text messages. She was very considerate to me when I went back to work, sending me updates on how our daughter was settling in.
The children enjoy their time with Katarina, as she plans very carefully many activities. They learn a lot as part of her Early Years Foundation Stage programme.
I will keep on recommending Katarina to every parent who is looking for childcare in Tooting!

Ous son had been going to Katarina since he was 10 months old and we are very happy with his care.
Katarina provides a supportive, caring and homely environment. Filled with play, singing, drawing and educational activities. Regular outings to play groups and parks provide extra social interaction.
Her assertive nature provides structure to the day and teaches the children about sharing and following guidence. Katarina also provides regular home cooked meals and snacks during the day to keeping them well fed. Parents are kept up to date on the daily activities, meals and progress which is great.
Our son is always eager to return in the morning to see Katarina & his friends again for another fun filled day.
We have no hesitation in recommending Katarina as a childminder.

Our 2.5 year old boy has been with Katarina for about 2 years now and we are very happy with the quality of care he receives. It's lovely to see how excited our son is when we drop him off each morning, and such a weight off our minds to know just how well looked after he is.
Katarina is a very accommodating and kind childminder who goes above and beyond what would be expected to make things as easy as possible for both the children and parents. The kids are kept active with loads of fun activities and trips out, and fed and watered with lovely healthy home cooked meals, whilst the parents are kept up to date with regular updates on their child's progress.
Finding someone you trust to care for your children is one of the most daunting tasks for any parent, but we got lucky with Katarina and we would recommend her services without any hesitation.

My son has been going to Katarina's since he was 18 months old (he is now almost 3yr) and I couldn't be happier. She is such a kind and caring person and provides a wonderful environment for all the children in her care, my son is always genuinely excited to go to hers after the weekend.
She provides a well balanced environment with regular trips to playgroups, as well as educational trips, eg. to petting zoo/museums etc, all of which is fed back in a daily report in my son's notebook. She provides all meals which are fun and nutritional.
I honestly can't find any fault with Katarina's care and it is certainly a weight off my mind that I 100% trust my childcare arrangements while I'm at work. I would definitely recommend Katarina to any parent.
