The best decision we ever made

Rashmi truly was the best decision we made for our little girl, she was with Rashmi for just over 8 months and she truly treated her like her own. My child was so excited to go to Rashmi's on her childminder days and has learnt so much educationally and personality wise - Rashmi has truly nurtured her and she has become this wonderful little tiny person. Rashmi has been and always will be like family to us now, she looks after the kids in her care like her own and I did not have to worry about my little girl once, we were updated on her constantly throughout the day - messages and photos. Thank you Rashmi for shaping our little girls crucial months - she still thinks of you and says yours and your families names! She misses you and we do too - thank you again for everything you have done for us and for her.

Lovely childminder!

Rashmi is a lovely childminder! She has been taken care of my son wile I was working. My son is very happy at her settlement.
When I first started looking for a childminder for my son, I meet with a few others before I met Rashmi and instantly I knew she was the right person and that my son will be safe and happy and I was right. Any time I needed extra hours or some help she has been there.
She is clean, organised and has a lovely family. My son always received healthy food and has been well looked after.
I would definitely recommend Rashmi to anyone.

Wonderful childminder, couldn’t ask for more!!!

Rashmi is very caring, friendly, reliable and most important she has a wonderful smile which makes your day. We have been extremely happy to have found a wonderful person like her as she treats our daughter like her own, I feel completely comfortable as our daughter has settled down immediately from day 1. She has been very flexible which has made life easier for us. It’s a home experience which I always wanted my daughter to have.

I would recommend Rashmi to anyone. She is a lovely lady and a wonderful childminder.

One of a kind!

Rashmi has been our childminder for over a year now. I could not emphasize how much her devotion and caring has helped our son to progress in his development! She is fun and knows her job, flexible and reliable. The day to day communication was great and she would even help me with some guidlines, which I often needed being a first time mom and not having anyone close to ask. There is a designated clean and fun space for children to play, and there is also a spacious garden to enjoy and explore. My son is realy happy when he goes there, and I see he had a great day when we pick him up. Rashmi always greeted us with a smile and I think she is Watford's brightest star shining and guiding children through their best years.
