Loving, caring, fun, safe, flexible, reliable

Charlotte looked after our daughter from the age of 2-3 and we had to leave her as we moved away. Charlotte and her family took our little girl on as if she was there own. Charlotte takes the children out to all sorts of activities i.e. playground, woods, softplay, animalfarm ect. and our daughter loved being so active. At the time Charlotte minded children of younger and older age than our daughter so she learned to socialise with all age groups and the family pets taught her how to handle them with care and the love to animals too. Educational games and arts and crafts were also frequent activities our daughter very much enjoyed.
Also Charlotte is very flexible and very easy to communicate with. Whenever we wanted to change timings or even days it was no problem to discuss with her.
Charlotte and her family are lovely and it was hard to say goodbye. We can definitely recommend.

Professional, loving, caring, absolutely fantastic

We've been using Charlotte now for 2 years to look after Rik before school, and after. She's provided a safe, stable, professional, caring and fantastic service. Rik loves being with Charlotte and has thrived both in confidence and maturity. Charlotte also provides a service by being a go between, between ourselves and the school as we both work which is SOO needed and appreciated. She's an absolute life saver and we'll continue to use her services whilst needed. Thankyou Charlotte, you're an absolute life saver and darling.

Brilliant care given

My daughter leah was with Charlotte for over a year, she was brilliant with her and has taught her so much, leah was always excited to go to Charlotte and was always tired when she came home which I knew that ment she had a really good day.
