A Wonderful Part of Our Family’s Journey

It is hard to put into words how much Cyn has meant to our family. From 2022 to 2025, she cared for both my daughter Kiki and my niece Adun, and in that time, she became so much more than a childminder. She was a constant source of warmth, joy and guidance in their early years.

Cyn created an environment where the girls didn’t just feel safe, they truly thrived. They learnt songs, good manners and built little routines that still echo in our home today. She threw the most wonderful birthday parties for them at ages two, three and four, and always made sure to give them the best gifts for birthdays and Christmas.
She filled their days with experiences that helped them grow and develop. From trips to parks and museums to toddler groups, there was always something new to discover. She documented it all with such care, sending regular updates and photos that made us feel like we were right there with them. Even now, the girls love looking back at those pictures, remembering how happy they always were at Cyn’s.

What I will always be grateful for is her patience and flexibility. No matter what our schedule looked like, she always found a way to make things work. She treated Kiki and Adun with so much love and respect, encouraging their personalities to shine and celebrating every milestone with them.

For us, she wasn’t just a childminder. She was an anchor, a teacher, and truly part of our family’s story. I couldn’t recommend Cyn highly enough. We are endlessly grateful for the love and dedication she gave our girls. They still talk about her every single day, and the truth is, we all miss her deeply

A truly Exceptional Childminder

A heartfelt thank you to Cyn — a truly exceptional childminder.
My daughter, Jada, spent a wonderful season under Cyn’s care, and I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding periods in her early development. Cyn brought not only warmth and patience but also structure, creativity, and an intuitive understanding of Jada’s unique needs.

During their time together, I saw Jada blossom — her communication skills sharpened, her confidence bloomed, and she formed friendships she still talks about to this day. Cyn’s flexibility with our shifting schedules was a quiet lifesaver, and her attentiveness made every drop-off feel like more than a handover — it felt like entrusting Jada to family.

Cyn always went the extra mile to create lasting memories. She planned a heartfelt celebration for Jada’s 2nd birthday, complete with a thoughtful gift — and even after we had moved on, she sent a surprise gift for Jada’s 3rd, a gesture that truly touched our hearts. Whether it was festive cheer at Christmas or spontaneous park adventures, she infused every moment with joy and intention.

What set Cyn apart wasn’t just her professionalism — though she excelled there too — but her commitment to enriching our daughter’s world. From exciting outings to parks, museums, toddler groups, and beyond, she curated experiences I wouldn’t have known to seek out. She documented it all with care, sending updates and photos that made us feel part of every step. She also documented all her milestones annd development for us. Even now, Jada treasures those moments, often swiping through pictures that still light up her face.

I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Cyn again, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent seeking not just childcare, but a nurturing partner in their child’s growth. We’re deeply thankful for the incredible impact she had on our lives.
