Zana has been with us since Nov 2024 but is now looking for the next family to support as our 2 year old makes the transition to nursery from January 2026. Zana has been taking care of our daughter from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, including taking her to various toddler activities, cooking, feeding, laundry and tidying up. It has been a pleasure to see our daughter grow in confidence over that past 12 months with her. Zana brings with her a lot of experience of having been a nanny in the NW area for over a decade. She knows a lot of great places in these neighborhoods (St Johns Wood, Maida Vale, Kilburn, West Hampstead etc) including playgroups, churches, libraries etc. She is punctual and has a very pleasant presence too. We highly recommend her!

Zana is an exceptional nanny and we feel extremely lucky to have been able to have her as part of our family.
Zana has been looking after our daughter from 3 months to 2 years old, along with our 4 year old in his nursery holidays. She is loving, kind, proactive, responsible, calm and professional. She built a full itinerary for our daughter in local playgroups, so they are out and about all the time doing stimulating activities. She cooks healthy food, balances kindness and firmness perfectly, and is highly attentive to every need.
We will be extremely sad to part ways, and are only doing so because our requirements have changed. We most warmly recommend her to any family, and are very happy to provide more detail on our reference as helpful.

We had the pleasure of having Zana as our nanny looking after my now 2.5 and 4 year old sons for the past 2.5 years. She is very loving, warm and friendly and my boys absolutely love her.
Because my little one is also starting full day nursery from September, we need help with after school only and unfortunately this is the reason for letting her go.
When my boys are with Zana, I feel absolutely at ease because I can say she looks after them better than anyone else. She’s very trustworthy and she treats my boys like they are her own. She is also a great cook. I will miss her cooking too.
We highly recommend her as a nanny and are in tears to let her go. I wish her and her sweet family the best for the furniture and I know we will always stay in touch.
