Leanne has been working with my son and I since he was 2 years old. He's now 5 and a half. Leanne is definitely part of the family. Fun, firm and fair she's exactly the person you need to help you shape a well rounded kid. Leanne has contributed massively to the 5 year old Griff has become.
As a single working Dad reliability is key and Leanne understands how important that is and never faltered in being someone you can totally rely on come rain or shine. She has so much experience with kids she knows exactly what they need (and dont need) for them to be happy, engaged and to thrive. Also keeping our house in order has been a huge help.
Leanne took on a lot when she joined us, not a typical family set up, at a very difficult time in our lives. We definitely wouldn't be where we are today without the role Leanne has played in our family for over 3 years. It'll be a very lucky household who next employs Leanne. More than happy to provide any references required.

Leanne is an outstanding nanny who has looked after me (a mum with disabilities) and my 2 year old son for the last 2.5 years. She has helped me to be as independent and hands on as possible with my son, while also supporting me around the house and with chores that I struggle with.
My son utterly adores Leanne and she is amazing with him. She is extremely reliable, discrete, trustworthy and hardworking. Leanne rapidly fitted in with all our household routines, and has become a valued member of our family. She has a can-do attitude and has helped me achieve trips/travel plans I would never have thought possible with a young child, and with her calming attitude she makes it look/feel easy!
I cannot recommend her highly enough and would be willing to speak to prospective parents if they wish to discuss further.

Leanne started with us when our daughter was 3.5yrs and our son 9months old. She is gentle and caring and focuses solely on the children. Leanne is very punctual and organised and both the children settled very quickly with her. Leanne had to pick up our daughter from nursery and look after our son all day. She is great with communication and ensures any routines are continued; she also ensures good, healthy meals are eaten. We completely trust Leanne to care for our children and we will miss her!

Leanne has worked with us as a live-out nanny for three years now, since the birth of our twin girls (we also have an older daughter too). Initially Leanne worked alongside me while I was on maternity leave and more recently in sole charge of the children, doing the school run and providing all care for the younger ones during the day. Leanne is extremely reliable, punctual, organised and keeps the house very tidy and neat. She has a wonderful way with our children - really calm, caring and loving. Our kids adore her and she has become a valued part of our family. I can't recommend Leanne highly enough. I'd be happy to chat to prospective parents if you wanted to discuss anything.

Leanne has been looking after my 2 year old son for over 3 months now. He loves going there and can't wait to get out of the house every morning. She's managed to get rid of the dredded dummy and also helped with toilet training. He always comes back shattered and ready to sleep after a full day of activities with Leanne. I would fully recommend anyone looking to have Leanne look after there children as she's done a wonderful job with Harri.
