Most incredible child minder. Best decisiowe ever

We were let down at the last minute by another childminder and introduced via a neighbour whose children were with Rusna. She was immediately welcoming and made us feel at ease. My daughter was 1 years old at the time (she is now almost 4!). I was concerned about leaving her but she took to Rusna and her family as her own and we were all instantly at ease, with the family immediately treating all children as part of their family. Their dedication, generosity and care is unparalleled. My daughter used to resist naps with us and with immense patience, Rusna helped regulate her naps and was pivotal in making her first steps happen, her speech development and hee potty training. Rusna is incredibly capable and focuses on rhe welfare, development and socialisation of the children in her care. What the children won't do at home (like eat!), they will willingly do with her, food especially as she makes delicious food and children in her care get a great balanced diet and try different things, even if they don't at home! She is kind but has good discipline and the children listen to her which means they all interact with each other very well too. Her home is spotless and there are a lot of toys and activities for the children and all very organised. The house is super convenient for transport, parking and accessibility too. Rusna is a great communicator about our child and always cares and alerts us about the right things. She is super flexible too and has also helped us with school pickups, playgroup and classes which is incredible for a working parent and nothing is ever too much trouble. Really don't know what we would ever have done without her. She has availability now as the children in her care are starting to enter school. Any family would be super lucky to snap her up as their childminder. If you are torn between nursery and a childminder, this extra time in a homely setting but with other children and access to playgroup etc was a great midway point that then really helped her transition to half day nursery at a later date. She's had the best of both worlds. We were very fortunate to be referred to her and have an immense amount of gratitude to her and her family. I am proud that she has had them as role models. They will be in our and our daughter's lives forever now and the other children are her best friends.

Amazing role model, fantastic caregiver

Rusna is a wonderful childminder! She has an amazing temperament which is important and is very nurturing towards all the children she works with. She has lots of different activities for the children to do and they’re always playing wonderfully with each other.
I cannot sing her praises higher. She is a tremendous childminder, one of the best in my eyes!
Any family would be lucky to have her on board. This is someone who will go above and beyond for the children and that is the type of quality any parent would value. You will not be disappointed with appointment of Rusna. Your children will be in for a treat!

Nurturing and caring Childminder

Rusna has cared for both of my children and I would highly recommend her!
Rusna began working with my family in 2020 when she would collect my Son from school and take him home with her for childminding. Rusna would do after school activities and give my son a healthy meal. My Son adored Rusna and always went to her with open arms. Rusna has most recently been childminding my Daughter both full days from a young age to now collecting her from school for after school childminding. My daughter also loves Rusna and is very happy in her care. What I love about Rusna is that she is very nurturing and caring to both my children. Rusna is calm, yet firm. Rusna has also been able to help out when I have needed last minute childminding which has been so helpful.
Rusna ensures the children in her care are safe, nurtured and also enjoy healthy, well balanced meals.
As a working parent, it gives me so much comfort to know we have a well loved Childminder as part of our family.

Incredibly nurturing and caring

We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives. From the very beginning, we saw how caring, calm and nurturing Rusna was. Our child struggled to settle with another childminder so we had to look for another one very quickly. We were worried about how it would go starting again, but he loved her from the get go! She creates a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and excited to learn. Her husband is very lovely too, my son loves them all and is always looking forward to seeing them!

Every day is filled with engaging activities, creativity, and confidence. We’ve seen such positive growth in our child, both socially and emotionally, which we truly believe is down to her patience, dedication, and kindness.

She always cooks very good meals for them, to the point our child prefers now her food over ours!

Communication is excellent, we have always been kept informed about our child’s day, milestones, and any concerns, which gives us great peace of mind. It’s a big relief knowing our child is in such capable and caring hands.

We highly recommend her to any parent looking for reliable, attentive, and genuinely outstanding childcare and I would be happy to speak to any parent that may have further questions.
