Natalie has provided wraparound care for my daughter since she started at Hook Infants. From our first visit to Natalie’s house my daughter was comfortable there and she looks forward to the days she is dropped off/picked up from school by Natalie.
Natalie is kind and comforting on days when there has been a wobble at drop off and I know our daughter is in the best hands. She loves going to the park with the other children after school or back to play and draw. Communication has been great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie to other parents.

Natalie had looked after my son, Charlie, for the last 15 months since he was a year old & I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder. Within just a few weeks, Natalie was familiar with Charlie's character & ways & would do her best to maintain a stable routine similar to that I have at home so Charlie settled in & felt relaxed very quickly. I believe the teaching skills Natalie has from her qualifications & job, has also enhanced Charlie's progression & learning. As a mother you want to feel your child is looked after as much as when they are with you & I feel so comfortable & relaxed knowing Charlie is in Natalie's hands. She is flexible & accommodating to any unexpected changes & has great intuition in to any changes in Charlie's character. Natalie is a great childminder & I would not hesitate recommending her.
