My two little girls have been coming to grandma Jayne and Samantha for a little over a year and it’s been amazing 🤩 grandma has taught me and the girls so much and we really appreciate that so much. I get sent lovely pictures of them having fun and I never worry when they’re at grandma because I know they’re well looked after. They learn different things every week I couldn’t recommend grandma enough she’s excellent with both kids and parents 🥰

My little boy has been looked after by Grandma Jayne and Samantha for almost 3 years now, we couldn't recommend them enough, the setting is amazing, home from home, very clean with a wide variety of lovely home cooked food and snacks each day, i can honestly say in 3 years my little boy has never shed a tear or not wanted to go, he is always so excited to see them, they have helped nurture Joe since he was 8 months old and we honestly cant thank them enough for their support and encouragement helping Joe develop into the happy and bright little boy he is today x

My daughter has been going to Grandma Jaynes for almost two years and Jayne and Samantha have become extended family members. I trust them wholeheartedly with our little girl and we will be forever grateful for their incredible input and support.
Our little one gets excited going to grandma Jayne’s to play with her and all her friends. We get daily pictures and you can see how much fun she is having. We get regular information on the topics, learning, books, play, skills etc she is covering. As well as little updates at drop off / pick up. Jayne also shares so much wisdom and tips! We don’t know what we’d do without her to be honest!
As well as being nurtured, the education our daughter gets also amazing! Everything is throughly planned, prepared and carried out. We’ve had so many people comment how advanced our little girl is and we attribute so much to the input Jayne and Samantha have given her and their dedication to helping the little ones thrive.
Jayne and Samantha have so much passion and love for what they do. They are just perfect for this role! The displays, set ups, art work everything has so much spark to it. And their trips out to the park, beach etc so much fresh air and fun.
The meals that are provide are also delicious. Our daughter eats like a queen and as a result is a great eater of different foods. They have also helped form better sleeping habits for her.
I could go on and on but to end, our daughter is encouraged and feels loved and supported to just have the best time, explore, learn and develop. We love it with Jayne and Samantha and as a result decided that we’d rather her spend more time with them before school nursery.
We would recommend to everyone! Your little one will be receive the best care and foundation!

I can’t recommend Jaynes childcare enough! Jayne & Samantha are both amazing at what they do!
My daughter Rae loves coming here & goes straight in without any hesitation at all. I love receiving pictures of her happily engaging in the activities set for the day.
Jaynes meals are all home cooked and Rae always comes home well fed.
If I could give more stars I absolutely would!

Joshua started with Jayne earlier this year and absolutely loves his Thursday with her and the other kids. They are always doing fun and creative activities with different themes every week. I love getting sent photo updates off what they are up to. All the kids look like they're having a ball and you can see on their little faces how safe and comfortable they must all feel with 'Grandma Jayne'. Joshua has already came on leaps and bounds and I'm excited to see how much more he develops all with Jaynes help and nurturing guidance :) x

My little boy Thomas has been going here for well over a year and the only down side is that he can’t stay till he’s 16 ! He absolutely adores Jayne and Samantha!
The service they prove is outstanding, Thomas has come on so much since starting with them.
The knowledge and skills Jayne and Samantha have are underestimated.
The food which Thomas gets is proper home cooked meals, I often joke I’d like to stay the day!
They make learning fun and exciting.
I can’t thank Jayne enough for all the help and support she offers, she goes above and beyond her duties and truly deserves the title “grandma” she treats all the kids like her own. Forever great full

Jayne is amazing at what she does!! She’s brought my son George on amazingly!!! I couldn’t recommend Jayne enough!!! Her activities always look brilliant! And Her food is 5*! My son really did love it with Jayne! I’ve loved receiving all my lovely pictures of George over the months!! It will forever remind him of how amazing she is. I want to thank Jayne for everything you truly are 1 in a million! I’ll forever recommend you to everybody!! Your simply the best!!

I don’t even know where to start!
My children started Jayne’s due to be unsettled in a nursery setting. It was during covid so no visits were allowed. On the first day ‘Grandma Jayne & Samantha’ had both my babies settled and they have loved going ever since which has been for 2 years!
They make sure you’re updated and reassured after each session. The range of activities and learning they provide are just outstanding! We’re only leaving because they have to go to school or we’d have been their forever. Such professional childminders and have become like part of our family❤️

My little boy has been going here since he was 7 months old and he absolutely loves it! Jayne is absolutely fantastic with the children.
We get regular updates on what they will be completing throughout each term.
I love that she sends me pictures everyday that he is in to show me the different activities he’s been getting up to.
100% recommend if you are looking for a childminder in the Hartlepool area.

Now onto my second child, I learnt a lot about childcare settings and expectations first time around. Having been very disappointed by a local large child care setting with my first born, I knew I was looking for something different with my second born. I visited many settings before considering a child minder. I heard of Jayne and Samantha via word of mouth.
Best decision I have ever made.
Jayne is professional yet feels apart of our family. My son has been with "grandma" as he likes to call Jayne, from around 9months and now age 3 his progression is outstanding will be with her until age 5, alongside school nursery setting, I don't want to let go either.
The child care setting, skills and sheer amount of work Jayne and Samantha put into meals, care, daily activities, FUN - I say in capitals as this is a big aspect, the kids do so much work but 'out the box' approach means the children have the best days and not aware there actually reaching the set level of curriculum, needed for age specific goals. Parent interaction is key, always updated, fair rules and common ground, comfortable and approachable for any queries.
Jayne's level of experience shines through, now passing onto Samantha they are the perfect team. They create the best memories for my son, prior to Covid19 they used to explore a lot too was nice to see him out and about in different settings, I cant explain how 100% happy I have been with the service from start until now. Professional yet family setting without them I would be lost.
I would only recommend this setting to all of my family and friends. I wanted a home from home experience but busy yet calm setting, my son couldn't be any happier, looks forward to going, I couldn't ask for more than that, as a parent it makes your day so much easier if your child goes to a setting happy over crying, mean's my professional working day is then off to a good start.
