We were incredibly lucky to have Caroline as our night nanny from when our baby was only a few weeks old. During such an overwhelming stage of postpartum recovery, she made life so much easier for us. She was proactive, calm, experienced, and never needed much direction or preparation from us before her shifts - she would simply arrive and take over seamlessly, which was such a relief during those early months.
It was obvious how much she genuinely cared for our baby, and she always treated him with warmth and kindness. She was also a great source of support for me personally, offering thoughtful advice on parenting, breastfeeding and sleep whenever I asked, without ever being pushy. She even noticed that the umbilical cord may have been infected which is something we would have missed, and came with us to A&E that night!
She was reliable, punctual, and professional, and we always felt comfortable knowing our baby was in safe hands overnight. We’re very grateful for everything she did for our family and would happily recommend her to others looking for a caring and capable night nanny.

We booked Caroline for our newborn to help us be able to put her down at night (velcro baby) and through the 6 week regression. Caroline is really experienced, very calm and our newborn who didn't like new people instantly warmed to her.
After just one night, the baby was sleeping in the cot and she barely went through a regression thanks to Caroline. Caroline has also helped us prep with sleep training, setting the baby up with a good nighttime routine and familiarisations so she's ready to self-soothe.
Caroline knows a lot of methods and can quickly help to work out what the baby needs and responds to, saving us many insanity-inducing hours when you don't know what else to try. Caroline was happy to follow our lead, not forcing her preferences onto us, but equally happy to teach us and advise us as much as we needed.
We definitely recommend and in fact, keep using her ourselves too!

Thank you for your lovely, kind words. It has been a pleasure looking after your baby.
Caroline has been looking after my little boy (3) and girl (1) for the last few months. Before Caroline started I’d been worried about having a temporary nanny but the moment Caroline arrived the kids absolutely loved her, and they quickly settled into a routine together.
Caroline is always on time, very flexible, and also an excellent cook. She is very attentive to the children’s needs, for example identifying areas where they are developing well or need more help. Both of the kids have really enjoyed their time with Caroline and I’ve been so happy working knowing they are in safe hands. Not to mention coming home to a calm and tidy home! Our arrangement is now coming to an end and Caroline is looking for a full time nanny position. I can whole heartedly recommend her.
