Amazing Nanny! I cannot recommend highly enough

It is with great pleasure that I write this reference for Deborah, who has been a wonderful nanny for our family over the past two years, caring for our two young boys. Deborah’s background as a trained teacher truly shines through in every aspect of her work. Her caring and kind nature, combined with her passion for encouraging curiosity and learning, has made a lasting impact on our children.
Deborah consistently went above and beyond in nurturing our sons' development. She introduced creative and educational activities that inspired them to explore and learn. Her flair for arts and crafts is exceptional—she has an incredible talent for making things from scratch, which kept the boys engaged and excited. Deborah also played a vital role in supporting their education, helping with homework and making remarkable progress with our youngest in reading and writing.
In addition to her outstanding care for the children, Deborah has been invaluable to our household. She is a fantastic cook, regularly preparing delicious meals for the family, and she helped with various household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Her support made a significant difference to our daily lives, and her reliability is unmatched— she has never let us down in over two years, a testament to her dedication and professionalism.
Deborah also showed immense kindness and love towards our family dog, Watson. She walked him every day and ensured he was well cared for, which was incredibly important to us.
Deborah has become like a part of our family, and we are truly saddened to see her leave. As our boys are now both at school full-time, we no longer need her as much during the day. Any family would be extremely lucky to have Deborah as their nanny. She brings warmth, dependability, and a genuine passion for childcare, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

An amazing Nanny

Deborah started taking care of our son when he was 11 months old for around 6 months.
she was a great addition in our family as you won't have to care about anything else when she is in. Debbie is very punctual and takes care of everything going around the kid. She also put efforts in making food for a picky eater like my son. She is a quick learner and adaptive. She also manages to maintain a level of hygiene around the playing room and flexible enough with your timings. My son had learnt a lot of good habits and growing milestone from her like sitting and eating on high chair, sleeping without rocking, collecting, playing etc. She is really helpful with mucking around the househelp as well.
the only reason we had to say goodbye as we could not afford a full time nanny and she actually required one.

Excellent!

Debbi took care of our son, from 6 moths till he turned 3. Debbi was very well tuned to our family’s needs, and took really good care of our son. She was also responsible for keeping our house clean alsong with cooking, feeding, bathing and taking care of our son. Being a teacher in the past, she used her skills to playbwith and teach our son, which really helped him develop his speech early on. She was always eager to help me to accommodate my crazy work hours.
Debbi was an integral part of our family and we would have never let her go if we hadn’t shifted to Singapore in 2020. We highly recommend her to any family looking for a nanny/ child minder!
