My daughter first went to Roger when she was 9 months old when I went back to work and she has been in his care ever since and she is 5 now.
Roger has been the most fantastic childminder, he has been an integral part of my daughter’s development and he has helped me with parenting hacks too! Roger’s kindness means he will go above and beyond and he has been so accommodating and helpful as my daughter has been growing up.
I was keen that she had a warm family feeling at her childminders and that is what I love about Roger and Thomasin’s setting. He is so kind and nurturing and alongside this my daughter has learnt so much with Roger’s calm and purposeful approach. My daughter has always been happy to be dropped off and she enjoys her days. Roger is very good with helping little ones transition to the next stages of their development and comes up with fun activities and also helps them with life skills. My daughter eats so well there too - she tries lots of new and healthy foods and has a good understanding of the importance of a balanced diet.
It is lovely knowing Emmeline feels safe and happy in Roger’s care.
