Not trustworthy

I would not recommend. I was initially told she was Ofsted registered, but later she said she wasn’t. She agreed to 3 days, reduced it to 2 after a week, then cancelled the day before I was due to start work, saying she had to go to Spain. Very last-minute and unreliable.

If this was an honest review, I won’t have a problem, adjusting my working ethos.

However, as I mentioned to you when you visited, I had just come back from a funeral, which is why I had to change our appointment. Best of luck finding a carer that can fulfil your needs. this is the end of our communication
