What can I say about Janny?
We were lucky enough to find her on this website 6 years ago when we were looking for a childminder for our 1 year old son. I cannot tell you how lucky we were when we sent that first email asking for details. From that first interaction with us Janny was super helpful and informative and managed to put our minds at ease over a lot of things.
We now have two children and there has never been a moment that we have regretted our decision to let Janny look after both of them for us while we were working and even though they are now both at school, they still see her in the morning for the school run and it is very much a part of their school day.
The environment Janny creates for the children is safe, clean and very special. The children are encouraged to be independent and creative and the opportunity for play is never ending and the kids don't even realise that they are learning things the whole time. I just do not believe you get that kind of constant interaction at a nursery. I am always amazed at the projects that are happening whenever I go and pick the kids up and I think it is testament to her that our kids are sad if they have to miss going to her for any reason because she makes it so fun and enjoyable for them.
As each of our children were getting ready to start full time education Janny was helping them to get used to different things that they would encounter at school, queuing, sitting nicely, writing, eating independently etc. and helping us prepare them for all of that is just one of the many things that Janny has helped us and the kids with while we have known her.
The only reason we are having to leave Janny is because we are moving out of the area and it's fair to say that saying goodbye has been one of the hardest things to do, both for us as parents and for the children as she has been such an integral part of their lives, and ours, for 6 years now.
Janny we don't know what we will do without you and will miss your advice and friendship greatly. We will stay in touch I promise! Thank you for everything, from the bottom of our hearts!

Thank you for your lovely review. I'm missing you all.
A great help when times were rough, warm and welcoming to my kids. A support for all the family and through a sad loss supported both my children and myself.
We didn't know what we would have done without her, shame we had to move away.
If I return to the area I will be calling on her services again and will visit often.

I was really sad to leave and delayed my move to Scotland becouse of the love and support we both got.....I can't find anyone to replace her so Im going to be staying home.....unless she will move.
Great advice, great care and attention Hadley always comes first...please move to Scotland........

Going back to work after having children is always a worry. Leaving your child or children in someone else's care. Worrying if your doing the right thing by leaving them with someone else, worrying if their happy and well cared for in your absence.
It took me a long time to find Janette she's brilliant. Put my mind at ease from the onset and my children spent 5 happy years with her. Janette provides a warm loving enviroment for children to learn and grow in.
My children were always doing activities whether it was after school or in half term break. From baking, to arts and crafts or going on outings.
I highly recommend Janette to anyone looking for childcare, my children were happy there.

Thankyou for your review its lovely to hear...we all miss them and hope they are doing well....maybe they can come o visit soon.
Our son (9.5 months) has been with Janette for 3 months.
We are very happy with the variety of activities at Janette's warm and inviting home. A mixed age group is cared for, with the older children providing stimulation and entertainment for our son.
We really value the link book, with photos and descriptions of our son's day and general progess. And, the occasional text.
Janette is flexible and has worked around our commitments as we adjust to work and parenthood; she comes throughly recommended!

Two and a half years ago I found Janette......brilliant.....Ive booked her for my forthcoming arrival wouldn't go anywhere else.
Warm, friendly and very caring...my little one has learned so much.
Actiivties like cooking, craft, visits to farms and parks as well as toddler groups and more....love the reports and photographs.
A very supportive lady helping with transition to nursery and making him feel safe and secure.
Intend to keep visiting while I'm on maternaty leave as my little one would miss her too much.
Definatly worth a visit...

Thank you for your lovely coments, Your little one is such a happy little sole we have great fun and the questions he asks really get my brain going. The dark den has been a great hit today.
