So sad to be leaving Lucy. She has been part of my family for nearly 4 years. She has looked after both my children as if they are her own.
My partner is a shift worker so have been so so flexible with dates and times and was also available to help at short notice.
She was a mum to my children when I wasn't there which is what I needed.
She has a home from home environment and takes the mindees out and about to local groups and activities.
My children never had any problems going in and would be excited at the thought of spending time with 'Lucy'.
Am available for informal chats if you want a reference directly from me just speak to Lucy for my contact details.
Was sad when we had to finally say goodbye but will consider her a friend forever.

Lucy has looked after my son for three years...she made going back to work so easy for me because I knew he would be safe and cared for at all times! I cannot fault her service...she is kind, caring, loving and fun! He has absolutely loved the time he has spent with her and has thrived so much! Lucy and her family will remain a part of our lives even now my son is moving on to primary school in September. Can’t recommend Lucy enough!!! Thanks for everything you’ve done for us over the last three years!

Lucy has been looking after my two children and been part of my family for a year and a half now. She makes childcare look and seem so easy. She runs a home from home environment for children and provides fun and stimulating experiences on a daily basis. My children love spending time with Lucy and her family and are happy and confident to go into her setting. She provides comfort and care when I can't. She is very flexible and works with the parents and children to create a system that works for each family. She keeps me up to date throughout the day with photos and updates. She has also been amazing throughout Covid-19 and has changed her setting and procedures to keep the children and families safe and reassured.

Lucy has been childminding my daughter since September 2013. She looks after her for 5 days each week in the morning and also picks her and her brother up every Monday from school.
I have been extremely happy with the care my daughter has received, and the great progress she has made whilst in Lucy’s care. Lucy’s home is always welcoming, clean and well organised and Daisy has great fun playing with Lucy and the other kids she looks after. My daughter enjoys going to Lucy’s for the little time she is there as Lucy really does make the effort to keep the kids busy with fun and productive activities. Beyond all this though, it is Lucy’s warm and friendly but no nonsense approach which sets her apart from other childminders for me.
I would absolutely recommend Lucy as a great and reliable childminder for any child and it’s a shame my daughter is going full days at school in September as Lucy will be truly missed by her.

Lucy has been fabulous with my 2 children. They love her to bits. They were quickly at ease with her.
They love telling me about what they have done together.
I would not hesitate highly recommending Lucy as going back to full time work is hard. I didn't think the children would like it. One is 7 and the other is 4. Lucy was an absolute godsend. To me she made the transition of me going back to work much easier.
My boy is really going to miss her when he starts reception this year and finds he will not be going with her!!
