A fabulous home from home!

Our children have been attending Happy Hearts for nearly a year now, and we couldn’t speak more highly of Marie & Paul. They’re setting was a new lease of life for our children. We noticed differences in their development in the early days, with our son especially, his speech and conversation came on in leaps and bounds. Their clean, tidy and spacious home accommodates room to play and learn, and I have always felt my children are safe there. Well prepared healthy meals are provided daily and a broad range of food varieties are available. Our children love the garden and having their little adventures and imagination play there. Marie is brilliant at keeping us informed with updates and photos. As a working parent I find that priceless, and I am grateful for those pictures seeing how happy & content they are. There are often well planned days out, and occasions are celebrated throughout the year. Marie & Paul have accommodated our requirements and been flexible if we needed any additional care. Looking forward to the continued relationship we have we them & wish them well in their successful business.

Outstanding care and service!

My son Noah loves going to Marie's house each day and is excited every morning getting ready. He has been going to Marie's for nearly a year now and we have found her to be excellent in so many ways. Noah was born in the first lockdown so he had very little interaction for a year with anyone or even family as I am from Ireland and could not travel home. It was important to us that he was in a friendly, safe, family type environment.
Marie has a big garden which is great as we live in a flat. We are are very happy with the variety of food and fruit/veg they eat daily too.
Marie and Paul are so helpful and flexible if I needed extra days care and the pickup/drop-off service is amazing.
We have loved how Noah and the other children have so much free play outside and do so much interesting activities like painting and waterplay. The other children also seem so happy and they all have been there a long time due to the care and attention they receive.
Unfortunately we have decided to move away and leave London and we are so sad that we will have to leave Marie’s place and try find a new childminder. We will miss it so much and Noah too as he has become so confident and knows all the other children so well now like family.

Outstanding

Marie has been childminding my son since December 2020. She looks after him for 5 days each week.
I have been delighted with the care Octavian has received and the great progress he has made in Marie’s care. He has become more confident and communicates very well with others. He is happy to attend her home every day with a big smile on his face as he settled very quickly into his new environment.
Marie’s home is always welcoming, clean and well organised, and Octavian has great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children in her care. She provides a wide, fun range of activities, including plenty of outdoor exercises, sand and water play, messy play, drawing and sticking, reading and puzzles, as well as outings to the park.
He received well-balanced meals and snack during the day and is treated as a part of the family. I can really see that Marie really cares about him and supports his individual needs daily. He definitely feels safe and secure among his friends and carers.
All in all, I am pleased with the level of care Octavian receives, and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping him develop into a confident and self-assured little boy. Marie's home is just a thrilling place to be and play, and this is evident through my son's big smile that I see very day.
I would absolutely recommend Marie as an outstanding, reliable and passionate childminder.

The best childminder my daughter had!

Marie is an absolutely amazing childminder who looked after my daughter like she was her own. Marie is a very flexible and easygoing person that can always find the best solution which works well for all of the sides. I have known Marie for 10 months and l can say that she is a very reliable and dedicated to her job. My daughter loved going to Marie and most of the times she doesn't want to leave her house as there was so much fun over there. I have never been disappointed in Marie's service and l am highly recommending her to your child! She is always with a smile, never complains and is always genuine!

A lovely childminder

Marie has been childminding our son Francesco, who is now 2 years old, since September 2020.
We are really impressed of the great progress he has made whilst in Marie’s care. He learned a lot of new words, although we do not speak English at home.
She provides a wide range of learning activities, indoor exercises, yoga, story and rhyme time. Francesco loves spending time in her garden, which is plenty of safe playground equipment.
He is extremely happy there and loves playing with the other children.
He settled very well since the very first day, he never cries when we leave him, but instead he does not want to come back home at the end of the day. This reassures us and we are happy that he feels like at home.
Marie is very good at noticing which toys and activities he enjoys and lets me know.
She is very observant about his development and good at keeping me informed.
I would absolutely recommend Marie as a lovely, flexible and reliable childminder.

The best in childcare.

Marie has been my 6 year old daughter Abigail's childminder for the last 2 months. We were frantically searching for a childminder when my wife started working, which was really difficult especially in the Covid times. Still we were not ready to compromise since Abigail has never been to one before. But when we met her at her beautiful home, we straight away knew she was the right one for our daughter. She had her backyard beautifully set out with a swing, slide, a mini trampoline and many other fun stuff for kids. She seemed to know exactly how to take care of a child and had a clear plan of what all to do. She was very flexible even though our childcare requirements were quite varying everyday due to my varying shift pattern. She tells us beforehand what are the plans for the coming week. She makes her do many fun activities and games which Abigail loved. Marie also helped Abigail with her online school activities which was a big relief for us as both of us had quite a busy schedule at work. She also takes kids for fun outings which Abigail was so excited about. She is supported by the Tiney childcare group which makes everything very systematic and organised. They even have an app through which we can monitor her activities daily. Hence we are updated about her everyday activities. All the more, we found Marie to be a true professional, very responsible, an expert in this field and a gem of a person. We definitely recommend her to everyone.
