Amazing experience so far with our baby

Choosing a childminder felt like a scary thing to me, but my baby settled so well with Michelle and Toni! Communication has been excellent since day one, and both Toni and Michelle have made us all feel so welcome and content. Our baby now smiles and points at the door before we’ve even knocked!
Michelle and Toni adapt the activities so well for her age, and she does so many messy and exploratory activities I know I would never think of doing at home with her. Probably a ‘better than home’ from home environment in our babies eyes :)

Amazing childcare, couldn't ask for more.

Michelle and Toni are both so amazing with my 3 yr old son. He has been with them now since April 2023 and is so happy with them. Michelle is extremely thorough and content focused with the children's learning experiences and has dedicated the whole bottom of her house to the children for play and activities. The children go outside each day and play in the sandpits and slide. They have a play kitchen and plenty of room to roam around. The living room has dedicated zones for play with a range of toys and even costume play. My son is very willing to spend each day with them and has made some friends along the way. I couldn't recommend Michelle's child care enough, she is so kind and patient with the children and you can tell she loves them. I feel very confident leaving my child in her care and know she gives her best each day to them. She also has fully kitted out car with safety car seats to take the children to Willows farm, splash parks, museums. The children will never get bored. They have recently been out to the firefighters show day in Welwyn which the children loved. I will be sad to leave to send my son to school soon as I know he come on leaps and bounds with his learning. He will miss her too I am sure. Plus the doggies! Happy second home for my child

I am thrilled with Michelle and Toni's care for my child. Initially worried about the new setting, my toddler now considers them as best friends, thanks to their genuine passion and dedication in caring for him. Commendable!

Brilliant!

I have a 2 year old little girl who is currently going through some autism assessments and is also non verbal. Michelle and Toni are brilliant with her, I was a little nervous leaving her with people she isn’t familiar with, but she now has a great relationship with Michelle and Toni, always has cuddles and lots of attention. They meet her needs well, they support and teach her so much as they make activities so fun and interesting. They also go above and beyond to make sure my little one is comfortable and happy. I couldn’t ask for a better childminder at all and I’m 100% sure my daughter will love them both more and more as she grows older. Thank you Michelle and Toni for being the absolute best!

3.5yr old and 1.5yr old have never been happier

Michelle and Toni look after my two children full time all year round. They implement a good routine and set of rules which mean my children know what is expected of them and what they will be doing. They have learned so much with Michelle and Toni because they make everything so fun! Lots of play and activities, outdoors every day, local activities, willows farm, splash park, library etc. they have a pool in the summer months. My kids love Michelle’s big slide and sandpit! My kids are thoroughly loved and talk about Michelle and Toni all the time. They get cuddles and attention and it really is a home away from home. Thank you so much for all your help and support with my babies!
