Sam and her team at Pitter Patter Egham provide a safe, homely environment in which our daughter has flourished. Sam provides a wide variety of creative, educational activities, and days out, along with a range of balanced meals and snacks.
Our daughter has been with Sam for over two years. I returned to full-time work when our daughter turned one, and I really do not know how we would have coped without the help of Sam and her team.
I work in the emergency services, my husband is a trainee teacher, and my shifts mean than each week is different to the next. Sam has been flexible in providing childcare on the days we need it, enabling me to return to a job I love.
Sam is hugely experienced. Her advice on the challenges of fussy eating, potty training, and the inevitable emotional ups and downs of raising a toddler has been hugely helpful.
The communication from Pitter Patter is excellent. Sam and her team are in regular contact via WhatsApp or text message, keeping us informed and checking-in when our daughter has been poorly.
Sam and her team have adapted to meet our daughter’s needs (potty training, dropping her afternoon nap etc.), as she has developed, with no fuss.
Sam and her team feel like part of the family, and we’re going to find it hard, when the day comes, for our daughter to move-on to pre-school.

A home from home for my daughter who has benefitted enormously both in terms of growth and development.
We feel lucky to have found Sam. My daughter loves to spend time with Sam and her team.
Her professional, yet friendly and caring nature is what sets her apart from anyone else.
Sam's attention to details in every aspect of what she does is phenomenal. She is flexible wherever she possibly can. The amount of learning outside, trips and organised events she leads is amazing and has developed our child's maturity and confidence.
Everything is just perfect!

I found Sam sometime ago with my first and I could not have hoped for anyone better, we were so lucky to have found her, I always felt safe in the knowledge that my little girl was in the best hands possible. When my daughter started school I was heartbroken she had to leave Sam’s home away from home setting. When I had my second child a little boy it was a no brainier on who I would I ask to look after him my only worry was she would have no space!!! Luckily she did and her and her team continue to be a great help could not ask for anyone better.

Our Little one has been at Sam’a for over a year now and we couldn’t have found a better childminder. Sam provides a great range of activities and has that personal touch you would hope to find with anyone looking after your child. She has a lovely dedicated place and two very well behaved dogs which we love. She is very knowledgable, supportive and has been flexible when we really needed help. It’s clear that our daughter adores her and the other staff (even says I love you to them which is really cute) so we are very pleased and would definitely recommend her to others.

My little one went to Sam's when she was 10 months old and she is thriving! She is now almost 13months and her development and social skills are beyond her years - I can only put it down to Sam and her teams hard work, intelligence, patience and dedication to helping her develop and feel special.
The kids do exciting weekly activities with take home artwork - My mantel piece is full and thats only after a few months...
They love all the kids as if they were their own; The setting is wonderful -somewhere I myself would love to play; The food is delicious- leaves me with food envy; They track their development from an app I can access at any time; They are accommodating of your child's needs whether that is a naptime song and dance they must sing, food intolerances or aversions or anything you really think is important for your baby.
We celebrated our little girls 1st birthday in lockdown (missed out on her planned party by 1 day) so Sam and the team put on a party for her instead. I cant thank you guys enough for what you did that day and everyday mind you! We are so lucky and blessed to have found Pitter Patter Playschool.

I’m so glad we found Sam when looking for childcare for our daughter.
Sam is a fun, friendly, caring and professional childminder. Very reliable and attentive to details. I very much recommend Sam to anyone looking for childcare :)

Both my 3,5 year old and 18 month attend Pitter Patter playschool and they couldn't be happier. I wish we had found Sam and her assistant Rosie earlier. Sam has a really good set up for the children to play, from the big playroom to her long garden in the summer. There are always structured activities every day, day trips and a good variety of toys. As an ex primary school teacher Sam is particularly interested in each child's personal development, where she keeps you updated with daily observations. Currently there is a wonderful mix of children of all ages and backgrounds which is great for the other one's to learn from. She has a very professional set up and we are happy that our children are under her care.

I am so glad I found Sam. My one year old daughter loves Sam, she is so caring, always trying new things with them. I have to say I was really anxious about leaving my little one with someone else specially because she was only 8 months and being a first time parent it's hard to let go. But she settled so well and she enjoys being there. As soon as we walk through the door she jumps into Sam's arms. She has been there for 6 months now and I know I couldn't find anywhere better for her. House is always spotless, Sam always makes sure they have healthy food and snacks available and even when she is poorly I know Sam worries as if it was me. So a massive thank for being so caring and wonderful with her.

Sam is amazing, she is so friendly, kind and caring and really goes above and beyond. They have different activities set out everyday enabling them to have fun but develop each child individually. My daughter has 18 food intolerance and they are so accomodating and provide her with nutritional and balanced snacks and meals which still incorporate her with the other children. The house is always spotlessly clean, its a safe space for them to be in and they have a fantastic play room, open plan layout and outdoor space for the children to explore. I am always kept up to date and daughter doesnt want to leave when i go to collect her. Thank you!

My son absolutely adores Sam is so happy in her care. She gives all the attention and support he needs and since moving here has developed so much. She engages the children with daily activities and fun. Provides healthy meals (that I swear only Sam can get him to eat) and establishes a great routine too. I know my son is happy and in the best care here. My only wish is that I had found Sam sooner! We've had 3 previous childminders due to moving house and other circumstances and Sam is by far the BEST we've found. Can not rate highly enough!
