A wonderful experience

My daughter began her care with Hayat when she was 16 months old. They built such a beautiful bond, which made the whole experience even more rewarding to witness. The only reason we left was that we moved to a different area, making the journey too far. Otherwise, she would have absolutely continued under Hayat’s care.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. I was kept updated on my daughter’s day, any struggles, milestones, and achievements. Hayat always made sure to tell me whenever she reached a new milestone or learnt something new, and she constantly encouraged her development. She grew so much during this year, and I truly believe Hayat played a big part in that.

One example of this was my daughter’s walking journey. She started walking quite late, and Hayat got her a walker, kept me updated on her progress, and encouraged her every step of the way. Now I have a little toddler who runs everywhere. She also fully supported my wish to raise my daughter bilingually by providing books and games in my language, which meant so
much to me.

Throughout our time with her, I found Hayat to be incredibly helpful and flexible. Although she had a structured routine for all the children, she always did her best to accommodate us whenever she could. During our final month, while we were moving house, she even picked my daughter up and dropped her off each day, which made a very stressful time so much easier.

A wonderful part of my daughter's time there was the variety of experiences she had. Practically every day, she visited a different stay-and-play, giving her plenty of opportunities to socialise with other children and enjoy a range of activities. During the warmer months, they also went to farms, zoos, splash parks, and other outings. I loved knowing that she regularly got out, explored, and had so many enriching experiences.

What stood out most was how warm, caring, and genuinely invested Hayat was in every child. My daughter was welcomed with cuddles and encouragement, and I was always kept informed if she was having an off day, just as her achievements were celebrated. Hayat also surprised my daughter with thoughtful little gifts from time to time, which she absolutely loved (and
so did I!).

Beyond the care she provided, Hayat also gave my daughter the structure and boundaries children need to thrive and knew when to be firm when necessary. My daughter absolutely loved her and grew so much in confidence while in her care. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Hayat as such an important part of my daughter’s early years, and I couldn’t recommend her more
highly.

Exceptional Experience

Hayat has been caring for my son for the past four months, starting when he was just 13 months old — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first interview with Hayat, I felt her engaged personality and rigorous approach to childcare. She has created a warm, nurturing, and safe environment that helped him settle in very quickly. He absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her every day, running towards her every morning. This speaks volumes about the bond they've built.

Hayat has a natural gift with children — she’s calm, caring, and incredibly attentive to each child's needs. I’ve seen so much growth and confidence in my son since being in her care, and it gives me complete peace of mind knowing he’s happy and thriving. Her setting is clean, well-organised, and filled with enriching activities that keep the little ones engaged and smiling. She proactively finds activities outside the home and park, such as developmental playgroups, visits to the zoo, and playtime at the aquapark. She prepares healthy, balanced, and diverse meals herself, some of which we have replicated at home. Hayat’s communication is also excellent: we always feel informed and reassured about how his day has gone.

I truly feel lucky to have found Hayat. She’s been a fantastic support not only to my son but to me as a parent too. I recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a dedicated and loving childminder

A truly wonderful childminder

We began with Hayat after the nursery we had registered for fell through for our 2 year old toddler, and we could not be more grateful now for having started with a childminder. We now realise it has provided the perfect nurturing environment and transition for our son before moving into a nursery or school setting.

And we could not have asked for a better childminder in Hayat. She went above and beyond in the settling-in process, helping both our son and even us feel comfortable and secure, being incredibly empathetic to both his and our needs. We’ve really valued how open, consistent, and reassuring her communication has been. She has continued to be so considerate, especially as we welcomed another baby into the family, offering thoughtful help with pick-ups and easing the daily routine.

I’m always so impressed by how well she combines her knowledge of child development with a natural ease in understanding our son as an individual. She’s been so intuitive in recognising how he navigates the world and responds to his needs accordingly.

Our son is always in a great mood when picked up, and in such high spirits for the rest of the day. Its been a joy to see his confidence grow and the relationship they have developed together.

Warmth ; Felt like home away from home

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing and lovely Hayat is! She looked after my two boys with so much warmth, dedication and attention, and we instantly took a great liking to her and her setting. Every experience has been nothing but positive—they’re always so happy to go back, and I never have to worry about whether they’ve eaten or been cared for properly. She’s got such great creativity and energy to match my two little munchkins, which is a huge bonus.

On top of that, she always provides great detailed feedback and observations, so we know exactly how they’re doing. There’s always something planned to keep them engaged, which we really appreciate.

I’m honestly so sad that we’ve moved to another city and won’t have the opportunity to keep coming to you. You’ve been such a big part of our lives, and we’ll truly miss you! Couldn’t have asked for a better childminder.
