Jess is an amazing childminder. Her rural location made an idyllic outdoor setting for my little one. Everything about the Jess’s set up gives off traditional home vibe! This is why we chose Jess over the other contemporary places we viewed. Her home is surrounded by trees and fields, the connection to nature is strong. This can be seen in the activities she provides for the children. My little one comes home looking as though they have explored and not just played. Activity wise - Jess has a large garden kitted out for all ages and my little one loves playing out there. Jess takes them on day trips and I always get photos with lots of laughing and happy face. A happy face I haven’t been able to capture myself, this is how I know I picked the right person to look after my precious!
Jess as a person - Jess is extremely empathetic and kind. She knows her stuff! You can tell she’s in it for the kids. The connection she has with them feels like just an extension to the family. That mixed with Jess’s home makes for a blissful union.
Children are in a school setting for over 10 years of life. I wasn’t in any rush to put my little one in such a setting too soon. Jess provides a space for them to grow and refine that isn’t structured like a school. It’s not just a house.. Jess provides a home

Amazing childminder

Jess is a very professional childminder. She has been amazing with my son, he has been with Jess from the day she started up her new journey and she has been nothing but amazing with him. My son can't wait to get to Jesse's house to go out exploring or playing in the amazing facilities she has at home. It is home from home for the children and the confidence and experiences he has had whilst in Jesse's care has been nothing but perfect. Both me and my son are going to be sad to be leaving Jess at the end of the summer as he's off to primary school, but he will still be attending Jessie's during holidays times whilst I'm working.
I wouldn't send my son anywhere else other than with Jess and he would rather be with jess than at home most days and that alone fills me with all the confidence in Jess and all she does for the children that attend her childminding service

Exceptional childminder

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found someone as caring, kind, and genuinely compassionate as Little Gardiners . From the moment we met her, it was clear that she wasn’t just offering childcare—she was offering a nurturing, safe, and emotionally supportive environment where children are truly seen and heard.

Her kindness radiates in everything she does. Whether it's getting down on the floor to play, offering a comforting hug during a tough moment, or patiently explaining things in a way little ones understand, her empathy is unmatched. She listens not only to the children, but to the parents too—with understanding, respect, and a true desire to help.

What sets her apart is how attuned she is to each child’s needs. She recognizes their unique personalities, adapts her care accordingly, and always encourages their growth and confidence in the most gentle and affirming way. My child comes home happy, secure, and full of stories about the fun they had and the love they felt.

It’s rare to find someone who so naturally blends professionalism with deep emotional intelligence. Jess is more than a caregiver—she’s a trusted partner in my child’s early development and well-being. I am endlessly grateful for her presence in our lives.

Amazing childminder!

Our son has been going to Jess' since he was just over a year old and he is about to turn 3! He looks forward to seeing Jess every week and most days I cannot tear him away. Jess not only takes amazing care of our boy but sets engaging activities for the children all throughout the day which cater to their specific needs. The setting is amazing with a huge outdoors space and lots to do. We feel so confident that our son is happy, healthy, learning and above all having so much fun with Jess and I would recommend her to anyone.

Amazing

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Jess she attends 3 days a week and always has the best time, my daughter used to be a very shy little girl when she first started and now she’s like a total different little girl really come out of herself, Jess is very kind and careing and amazing with the children there always learning new things, my daughter also has a lot of food allergies and Jess manages them so well 😊

I managed to get the girls in with Jess at Little Gardiner’s when I arrived at Honington after being let down by another provider. I truly believe everything happens for a reason, it meant that the girls got to spend precious time with Jess before and after school. As a single, full time working parent, having a childminder you can trust is paramount, and knowing she cares deeply for your babies makes everything so much easier. Jess has done all of this, she has been incredible. My girls love her and she takes them on the coolest adventures, does trips to the park, makes cute things with them, helps make learning fun, she does gardening with them… the list is endless! and one last thing, she supports the children but also supports the parent which is why Jessy is a stand out childminder ❤️
