We honestly can’t recommend Mary enough! We were on holiday in Cornwall for a week with our two children, our 3 month old baby and our 2 year old, and finding her was one of the best things we did.
Before our holiday, she took the time to have a video call with us to chat through everything, understand our needs and go through the children’s routines.
This was really reassuring for us, especially as our baby had never been left with anyone before.
We used her a few times during our holiday for daytime childcare, a couple of evenings babysitting, and she also took the children out on day trips for us. She was absolutely brilliant every single time.
She was amazing with both children. She was so warm, gentle, calm and caring, and her experience with babies and young children was obvious from the start. I was quite nervous about leaving our baby for the first time, but she made us feel completely comfortable and reassured. We knew very quickly that they were in safe hands.
She was fantastic with our 2 year old as well and they both seemed to absolutely love spending time with her. It was so lovely coming back to happy, settled children and hearing about what they had been up to.
She was really reliable and easy to communicate with, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Having someone we trusted so much meant we could actually relax and enjoy some time together during our holiday, which was especially special with such a young baby.
We feel very lucky to have found her and would 100% use her again if we’re back in Cornwall. She was genuinely wonderful with both of our children and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other families. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Mary signed a legal contract with us two months ago and after meeting all live in requests (tv) etc which added up to 1000 in furnishing costs to us not only did she fail to turn up, after 3 weeks of stringing us along and going completely dark on communication Mary offered compensation for the difficulty she put us in. We respected this offer and accepted. The remedial payments never came nor did a plan to make payment - even after subsequent requests from us. Mary then boldly asked us for a second chance for her job back . We generously offered a second chance and agreed to a trial to earn back trust and Mary confirmed she would come this week. All communication went dark again and a week later we have not heard a thing from Mary even though she was due to turn up today.
