Having just recently moved into a new area, I was extremely overwhelmed with all the task at hand and setling both of my kids into their new school. Both my children, a 5 - and 3 year old felt at ease and comfortable with Aicha straight away. Put my mind at ease with her open communication and reassurance. Therefore, I am at peace knowing my little ones are having the right care from a professional and empathetic person.
I was very pleased to have a quick response and meet in person before school the next day, which made me extremely relieved. Thank you so much for being amazing 👏

Aicha is very welcoming, always polite. My experience was wonderful as my son 12 had much fun. All day activities - outdoors / indoors alway a pleasant environment.

My experience with Aicha who remains in my eyes an amazing childminder is that to this day no words could ever be enough to describe the amazing person she is and the amount of care she has given my kiki. Aicha was caring for my one and half-year-old Kiki for over a year. I was going back to work and this was the first time I was looking for a childminder I was worried and nervous about leaving my daughter and finding the right person and a from the communication on this platform to the moment we met, I could tell that she was going to be an exceptional caregiver.
Not only was Aicha attentive and caring towards my daughter, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that Kiki was safe, happy, and engaged during their time together. Every day, she created a warm and welcoming setting for Kiki to learn and grow. I knew this as my kiki would always start running towards the house the moment we were close, knock and make herself at home.
One of the many things I appreciate the most about Aicha is her dedication to providing personalized care for Kiki. She took the time to get to know my daughter's unique needs and interests and tailor their activities and interactions accordingly. Kiki was always excited to see her and always came home with a smile on her face after every visit.
I also admire the open and honest communication that Aicha maintained with me throughout the time she looked after Kiki. She kept me updated on her progress and any issues that arise and she was always willing to listen to my concerns and feedback.
I cannot recommend Aicha enough. Her dedication, kindness, and expertise have made a profound impact on my daughter's life, and I will truly always be grateful for all that she has done for my Kiki. If you are looking for a caring and reliable childminder who will go above and beyond for your child, I strongly encourage you to consider working with this extraordinary woman. For a first time mum returning to work I was so nervous leaving my DS in someone else’s care, as he is very fussy and clingy but Aicha was very professional, caring and understanding to my needs.
My DS settled in with her really quickly! We love you so much thank you Aicha!

This is a review from end of January 2023 to mid April 2023 where we placed our son into Aicha's care. At the beginning we were very hopeful for Aicha's care and we were initially happy. Unfortunately over time we saw several aspects from Aicha's care that severely concerned us (we have sent a formal complaint) and when we tried to raise our concerns she attacked us and our character and was unable to show any insight or regard for our concerns for our son.

Thank you for your review. This is in fact another unsuccessful attempt to try and ruin my reputation which I have reported via the childcare app and other governing bodies as this is now becoming a form of harassment.
Your son was sick in my care (one instance of a cough and one bout of diarrhoea and vomiting. You
Proceeded to blame me and I merely advised you it is very common for children to be unwell in their first year of care. You did not like that response and since then have tried many attempts to ruin my good reputation as a childminder by reporting me to OFSTED and speaking bad about me to members of the local community. Both attempts have failed. I wish you every bit of happiness and healing and hope you learn how to treat childcare providers in the future with the respect and dignity they deserve. I wish you the best in your search for alternative childcare.

We found aicha on this app and she has been taking care of our 3 year old since Jan 23. She’s a dream come true and is caring, loving and fun. She has taken the children to the parks and a day trip to the zoo. She has lots of fab ideas for the children. Her home is safe and well set up for the children. Recommend her 100%. Thank you Aicha! X

Aicha has been taking care of our now 5.5 year old son since December 2022. She is the perfect childminder that any parents could wish for - caring, loving, flexible to find a schedule that would suit both the parents and her, proactive in assisting with his homework reading, math and vocabulary development. She always comes up with fun activities to engage our son in especially during the half term. Overall we can’t recommend her highly enough and are very grateful that our son has such a wonderful person in his life! ☺️🫶🏼
