My daughter has been with JokiGems for the past 9 months and has helped so much with her development and growth. She has experienced a number of different types of days out as well as learning and exploring outside in ways I could never imagine. Joy is amazing with all of the kids and builds such a close relationship with them and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. My daughter has really enjoyed spending everyday with everyone at JokiGems. Thank you so much for everything Joy.

I can’t recommend JokiGems enough. From the very beginning, she made both me and my daughter feel comfortable and welcome. Her home is always spotless, warm and inviting, the kind of space where a child can truly relax and feel safe. As a night worker, it gave me such peace of mind knowing my daughter was in caring, capable hands. She’s so professional, communicates quickly and is genuinely friendly and approachable. My daughter settled in beautifully and that alone speaks volumes about the nurturing environment she provides. I would confidently recommend her to any parent seeking a trustworthy and dedicated childcare provider.

My son is very happy here. He has been coming here since he was 10 months old. He is now 18 months old. I was very anxious due to the last child minder but here at Joki Gems my mind was put at ease. My son settled in very quickly and he is progressing very well and has made many friends. I can tell he is well and truly loved and cared for at this childcare provider. I am grateful and will always use this provider.

I was looking for a childminder in the area close to my home and work. I came across JokiGem on childcare website and I must say that she is so pleasant with my son. He has blend in so well to the point that he forget that I'm there to pick him up. With my son at JokiGems nursery, I have peace of mind that he is safe and well looked after. Her home environment is clean and safe for children.
Everyday is not the same at JokiGems. My son will start chatting with me from when we leave. She engages all the children, takes them to the soft play area, library.
She works with professionalism and high standard, giving me daily report of what was done each day.

Jokigem applies professionalism and also has empathy for parents of all kinds. Her setting is well thought through allowing kids to blend learning and social activities. She is very warm with kids, and my daughter finds it hard to leave the place to home. I was particularly surprised at the rate of how quickly my daughter adapted to her place and was also looking forward to going back to Jokigem. I have a happy child thanks to Jokigem and recommend her to anyone looking to have a safe and professional childminder for their children. Thanks, Jokigem, for your support to my family. We couldn't have done it without your support and work.
