As a working mum, I would highly recommend Ellie for her organizational skills and consideration for feedback! My family and I were relocated to London for work, and I needed childcare while temporarily living in Canary Wharf. When I contacted her with only short notice, she took on the challenge with stride and was very committed to providing care for my baby boy. Her sons also loved to play with the baby, and were very caring, creating a welcoming environment.
Ellie planned many activities and outings, especially to local children's classes, and my son came home each day happy (and tired!). She also consistently asked for feedback so that she could better plan routines based on his preferences.
The location is very convenient whether you are living or working in Canary Wharf.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Ellie. From the very beginning she has been warm, reassuring, and genuinely caring, which made the transition into childcare so much easier for us as first time parents. After a difficult previous childcare experience, Ellie has been an absolute breath of fresh air.
Ellie is extremely proactive and provides a varied, stimulating environment and development. She regularly takes our son to different activities, groups, and outdoor outings, giving him opportunities to explore, socialise, and learn in ways we simply couldn’t provide at home. She supports his milestones and encourages independence while always ensuring he feels safe and secure. It is clear he is happy, engaged, and thriving in her care.
Communication is excellent. We receive daily photos and a detailed log of meals, naps, activities, and nappy changes, which gives us enormous peace of mind while we are at work. Ellie is always approachable, responsive, and happy to discuss anything, which makes us feel fully informed and involved in our sons day.
Ellie’s home environment is calm, clean, and very well set up for babies/children, with plenty of safe space for play and exploration, and follows routines carefully, adapts to our sons individual needs. Most importantly, she has a natural warmth and kindness that our son responded to immediately. Our son settled quickly with her and is always calm, content, and well cared for when we collect him - a testament to the nurturing and secure environment she provides.
Ellie is organised, reliable, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. We have complete trust in her and feel confident leaving our son in her care, knowing he is safe, happy, stimulated, and genuinely loved.
Choosing Ellie has been one of the best decisions we have made for our son and our family.
