I would highly recommend Esther as a child minder any day! As new and first time parents, we were very cautious and found it difficult to trust. But sending our son to Esther has literally been life changing! She is angel to say the least. She treats our son like she would her own. In the five months at hers, our son has learnt so much. He is polite, well behaved and picking up things at a pace we did not expect. Our first choice initially was sending him to a bigger setting like a nursery, but after sending him to Esther, our view has completely changed and she is now our first choice of day care. A home away from home. Our son wasn’t feeding very well at home, but Esther made him so comfortable and with routine, he feeds so well at hers. Esther puts her heart and soul into little steps childcare. She has made it into such a loving, fun and inspiring environment for our son and others to grow and learn at their best.

My daughter has been attending childcare sessions with Esther since January 2023 and has recently stopped as she is due to start school in September.
Esther, her husband and her team have been quite simply AMAZING! My daughter has flourished under their care and she loved going to 'Aunty Esther's!' My daughter took part in fun and stimulating daily activities including reading, phonics, playing in the garden, role play, arts and crafts, music sessions, themed parties and much more. I was always happy to leave my daughter in Esther's care as I knew she was well cared for and in a happy environment.
I can't rate Esther's services highly enough! Thank you.

Esther is the most caring and thoughtful person with this amazing and natural sense of warmth, what every parent would want for their child. As a first time mum, she has been so patient and reassuring to me. I am so lucky I found her and her other professional calm and caring ladies.
She is very attentive to my 14 month old son, I have seen his confidence and development grow rapidly since he joined at 11 months old.
All of the parents that send our child(ren) to Esther agree how wonderful she is. I knew she was the right person for our son as soon as I had met her.

my 20-month-old son is very happy and enjoys his time at Little steps. Esther is a very warm person and my son really likes spending time with her. I have noticed in a short time that he is learning a lot new things standing there. the most perfect place to leave the baby.

Esther has been watching my four year old son since October, I have noticed a visible change with his language and willingness to try new things. Which has been a concern of mine for a while before coming to her, She provides a safe and clean environment for him to progress.
She understands children very well and attends training sessions that allow her to improve her skillset on child development even more. Which is something I admire and shows her willingness to truly provide the best service for my son and other children .
She informs me about all of his progress and has taught me a few techniques to help with his engagement.

My baby girl. has been with Little Steps since she was 8 months old. She has always been happy and settled with Esther and I couldn't be more happy with her development. Esther has always provided healthy home cooked meals for the children, so I never have to worry that she hasn't eaten well. My little girl has particularity loved all the trips the children were taken on, local parks and local woodlands. Esther has always made a real effort to take the children out to enjoy and learn about nature. My daughter has also enjoyed the many arts and crafts that Esther does with the children as well as singing, dancing, fitness activities. I would highly recommend Little Steps if you are looking for a home-from-home childcare setting. My girl has made some very good friends through her time here. She loves my girl as her own and I really appreciate all she does for my little one.

Esther looked after our five year old son during the summer vacation. From the moment we met her, Esther put us at ease with her kind, trustworthy, professional manner. Our son really enjoyed his time and came home with lots to talk about. He especially enjoyed playing with other children in Esther's care. Esther planned activities for him, gave him lunch, and kept us up to date throughout with what he was doing. We have had a lot of experience with childminders over the years and Esther is up there with the very best. We will certainly use her again and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for care for their child.

Little Steps has become a second family for my precious little toddlers. Esther is warm, affectionate and has an incredible relationship with the children in her care.
My kids are with little Steps since September, and I have always felt totally comfortable leaving them every morning. My children love Esther and her family. and every day when I pick them up they ae happy and tired from all the fun they had!
One of the real strengths of this setting is the food - Esther cooks excellent food for the children every day; My Toddlers eat better there than they do at home! I get regular updates and photos of my little ones and have always been kept fully informed of their development and wellbeing. I also enjoy Esther 's Video Diary every evening.
Little Steps has taught, toddlers to play "hot cross buns" with their two little fingers and kids perform that with pride. Esther is also a great phonics Teacher and speech therapist. My daughter who is bit slow in her speech development is showing an improvement.
I am so glad to have found LITTLE STEPS: highly recommended!!!
