Serene was our evening nanny for a year, caring for our newborn girl, 1-year-old girl, and 3-year-old boy, 3-5 days a week. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She is reliable, conscientious, hardworking and professional. She was always so safety conscious, incredibly attuned to the toddlers' emotions, and brilliant at teaching them and encouraging their independence. My children always looked forward to seeing her, and mealtimes and bedtime routines ran smoothly. She always left the kitchen and play areas clean and tidy at the end of the evening. We were sad to part ways, and only did so because our needs changed to afterschool care — we would have happily continued with her otherwise. I recommend her without hesitation and am happy to provide more details for a further reference if needed.
