A Wonderful Childminder!

I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Milly as our childminder! Our daughter started with her just after turning one and is now 2 ½, and we’re already trying to secure a place for our upcoming little one because there’s simply no way we’d send them anywhere else.

I’ll admit, I was incredibly worried about leaving our child in someone else’s care. We looked into many childminders, and Milly was the last one we met. On the way there, I told my husband, “What are we going to do if we don’t like this one?” Well, the moment we met Milly, we were smitten! She has truly been a godsend in our lives.

While friends discuss various challenges their children face at nurseries, including weekly injuries or incidents of being hit or bitten by others, a fellow 'Milly Mum' and I often share stories about how much better it is for our kids with Milly. While my daughter certainly falls over as toddlers do, we experience far fewer issues in Milly’s care, making it a much more positive environment.

Communication with Milly is excellent! We receive lovely photos and videos showing all the fun activities and learning experiences the little ones engage in. Her assistants are just as wonderful and supportive, contributing to the positive atmosphere.

As our arrangement is term-time only, Milly has been incredibly flexible and accommodating, often giving us extra days when we've really needed them. Originally, we had plans for our daughter to attend the nursery at the school where I work, where I receive a discount, when she turned 2. However, after seeing how much she loves Milly's care and the nurturing environment she provides, we decided to keep her for an extra year. During school holidays, when I ask my daughter what she wants to do, she often says, “Go to Milly’s!” She absolutely loves it there and enters excitedly every day.

I wholeheartedly recommend Milly to any parent. All my initial worries were unfounded, and I can’t imagine what we would have done without her. If you're considering a childminder, look no further—Milly is the best!

Best childminder ever

I am delighted to write this review for Milly, who has been looking after our daughter for the past year. From the very first day, she made our daughter feel comfortable and secure.

Milly has a natural warmth and kindness that children immediately respond to. Our daughter absolutely adores her and looks forward to going on her designated days. The nurturing environment Milly provides is truly exceptional. She has a wonderful way of engaging with the children, whether through creative activities, outdoor play, or simply providing the comforting reassurance that every child needs.

We have also been impressed by the professionalism and reliability Milly consistently demonstrates. She is always punctual, communicative, and incredibly organized, which makes our lives so much easier. We also really appreciate the regular updates on our daughter's progress and the thoughtful touches, like celebrating milestones and special moments in her development.

Our daughter has thrived under Milly's care, growing in confidence, social skills, and independence. It is clear that she genuinely cares for the children she looks after.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Milly and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to any parent. The peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such loving, capable hands is invaluable to us. Thank you, Milly, for being such an important part of our daughter's life and for everything you do!
